제이스트 호텔

구시청사의 아름다운 전망이 있는 전면의 객실. 그러나 단점은 주말 밤에 소음입니다. 훌륭한 위치에도 불구하고 호텔은 Zeist의 '바 거리' 옆에 있습니다. 객실은 넓지만 냉장고가 없습니다. 수건을 업그레이드해야합니다. 아래층 그랜드 카페에서 몇 잔의 음료를 마셨고 이것을 방에 청구 할 수 없었습니다. 지갑을 수집하기 위해 위층으로 가야했습니다. 손님 친화적이지 않습니다. 방에 커피와 차에 매우 sp ****. 매일 추가 요청을해야했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이됩니다.

나는 내 테스코 보상 포인트를 사용하여 Hotels.com을 통해이 호텔을 예약했습니다. 그래서 나는 세금 만 지불해야했다. 나는 7 월 중순에 Wed-Mon에서 머물렀다. 나는 Google지도로이 호텔로 먼 길을 보냈지 만 접수 원에게 밤에 그 길을 걸을 수 없다고 말했을 때 그녀는 나를 수정했고 기차역까지의 계단을 오르는 데 짧은 시간이 걸렸습니다. 나는 오전 11시에 도착했고 화장실을 사용하고 짐을 맡기기를 기대하고있었습니다. 그러나 Estella는 내 방이 준비되었다고 말했고 9 층으로 곧장 갔다. 내 방은 기차 노선 바로 위에 있었지만 창문을 닫으면 들리지 않았습니다. 거대한 침대, 아름다운 샤워 시설과 냉장고. 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 나는 친구들을 만나기 위해 De Meern에 도착해야했다. 그리고 Estella는 lovely 한 시골에서 60 분을 걸었던 lovely 한 산책을 위해 나를 올바른 방향으로 가리켰다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했고 호텔이 가득 차 있었지만 아침 식사 대기열이 없었습니다. 머무는 동안 모든 직원은 친절하고 정중했습니다. 내 유일한 부정적인 것들과 그들은 너무 작았습니다. 더 정기적 인 커피 리셉션을 요청했을 때 다시는 가지 않았고 얼음 기계의 컵 홀더는 거의 항상 비어있었습니다. 전반적으로 나는 훌륭한 체류를했고 돌아올 것입니다.

Een superiour kamer geboekt voor een nacht inclusief ontbijt. Pluspunten: - grote douche - heerlijk (groot bed) - ontzettend goede verduisterende gordijnen - grote minibar/ koelkastje - vriendelijke ontvangst - over het algemeen een nette / schone kamer Minpunten: - klein balkon zonder meubilair (je betaalt extra voor het balkon, maar je kunt er eigenlijk geen gebruik van maken...) - slecht en traag werkende tv - kitranden douche vergeeld - ontbijt standaard - geen activiteiten in het hotel (bijv tafeltennis, biljart, darten etc). Voor €124 geen goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding en we zouden dit hotel daarom geen t****e keer boeken.

위치는 많은 바와 레스토랑이 있는 위트레흐트 중앙역과 가깝고 근처에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되지만 사물함은 큰 수하물을 넣지 못할 수 있으며 하나를 임대해야 할 수도 있습니다. 침대는 편안하고 깨끗합니다. 참고 : trip.com에 호텔 요금을 지불하더라도 호텔에 대해 세금을 지불해야합니다.

카스틸 케르크보슈에서는 바쁜 일정 후 휴식시간을 보낼 수 있는 편안한 객실이 마련되어 있습니다. 카스틸 케르크보슈 객실은 제이스트 여행자들에게 편안함을 제공합니다.호텔에서 Den Dolder까지 단, 10km 정도 떨어져있습니다.여가시간에는 다양한 호텔 시설을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 호텔의 주차 공간을 이용할 수 있습니다.

I had a terrible experience in this hotel at the end of August. Someone(s) broke into my room for 2 consecutive days with my door confirmed locked. The hotel didn't treat me seriously, they couldn't provide any convincing explanation or compensation. I went there for a business trip and had booked this hotel for 10 nights. The break in incident happened in the early morning 5:30am after my first sleep. I heard someone tried to open my door, but because I had locked it, so the intruder shaked the handle a few times, and eventually it did open!!! I went down and reported to the reception directly and asked if there was any CCTV. The staff said she didn't know...had to wait for her colleague to come back to answer me in the evening....by then i was told that there was no CCTV in this hotel...and they admitted it was one of their staff who broke into my room!!! I requested an explanation, the front desk only said it would not happen again. I requested to meet the duty manager, she said the manager would talk to me tomorrow....this is how they treated this security issue and code of conduct ”seriously”. Totally unacceptable. I could only go back to my room for the 2nd night. But then at 7:15am in the next morning, there was someone broke into my room again!! With a loud door closing sound, which i even more confirmed then the first time. The intruder went out as well before showing his/her face. It was unbelievable!!! I reported to the front desk again but they seemed not believe in me. Said it was not their staff this time and it was impossible to unlock the door with other cards. Long story short, it took me a whole day again in order to talk to the duty manager. And i personally showed her how to unlock my door using her card. She was finally speechless and arranged a new room for me. She said would investigate But I still could not receive a solid explanation in the next day and really felt unsafe. I was not able to sleep well and was super alert to different sounds. The next day the GM finally met me, but then still no compensation or with any gesture of apology. Didn't feel i was treated seriously so I decided to change the hotel for personal safety. They still charged me the fee for the 3 days. This was my worst hotel experience ever. I hardly recommend this hotel ✨ The breakfast was very good. The staf was really lovely, always smiling and willing to help. The place was peaceful and beautiful. I loved the room as wel. The pillow I didn't like much (too big) but that's very personal I guess. The rest was perfect. It was silent and cozy. A big thanks for this weekend!

We enjoyed bowling and drinks on the beautiful terrace on the lake. We didn’t enjoy the mouse walking through the cafe area (they said: we werken er hard aan om deze bezoekjes te bestrijden), we weren’t able to book a late check-out on the day. Also, they added a ‘kredietbeperking’ of 186% if we weren’t to pay the bill within 2 weeks after the stay. Didn’t hear back from the hotel after providing them with the feedback above.
