타트라 스퀘어 아파트먼트(Tatra Square Apartments)

Customers need to be aware that the owner is not contactable in the event that something goes wrong. It states on the reservation that you need to arrive before 830 p.m. or give 24 hours notice if you intend to arrive later. In our case, a last minute delay occurred and we arrived at 9p.m. We had not received any messages with a code to get into the apartment, and we were left with nowhere to go, having to scramble to find alternative accommodation late at night, with 2 children in tow,on foot as we didn't rent a car. This was stressful, and unfortunately the only place open at that time of night was an expensive resort, we had to pay for this, on top of the accommodation we had already booked and paid for at Tatra Square apartments. The subsequent days resulted in much communication with the owner and the third party booking system we used. The owner was adamant that it wasn't their fault, and did not want to refund our money. Furthermore, it should be noted that on weekdays, there is a considerable amount of construction going on on the site adjacent to Tatra Square apartments. This appears to be a big project that will go on for some time in the foreseeable future, and much dust and noise is generated from the early hours. The location itself is good, there is a little shop nearby and the main road has buses running along it that will get you to many surrounding areas and points of interest.

Accommodation nice, clean and nice. During the stay I would have only a couple of things namely: being quite overheated and the control complicated to adjust the temperature, the shower at the top shower when turning on the water leaked around the water connection and at the sink terror was not fixed enough. Shame the TV sharing in the accommodation was not functional.

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood close to shops and restaurants, the main entrance is a code, the apartment is well equipped, comfortable bed, large terrace with a piece of lawn, temperature control in the rooms, large wardrobe. A small minus is the soundproofing of the apartment (I have perfect hearing so maybe it's because of that), sometimes in the evening you could hear dogs barking, but the plugs solved the problem.

The place looks amazing, the view is great, easy self check in, quiet, free parking - we stayed just for one night and loved it ! (We stayed in ap 17) Zakopane is such a beautiful place, must see, and Tatra Square Apartments is very good place to stay ! (The pictures with the building will help you identify it easier, but the gps takes you to the exact spot)

Great new modern apartment. Gorgeous location. We have been there for 2 times already. It is quiet there. A nice restaurant and a small store is near. You have everything that is needed for a staying with family

First of all it's a really nice place with a nice mountain view and good location near the mountain trails. It's really cozy and soft inside Few things I don't get why it is like it is: No personal hygiene products, not even soap 2 single duvets, prefer to sleep under the same blanket with my couple Just a 1 sachet of sugar Correct me if I'm just don't found it Also door knob in a bathroom is falling off And sorry for smoking

The apartment is very nice, located in a quiet area, the apartment is clean, equipped with everything you need, it is warm, kitchen, bathroom, dining area, has parking, two balconies, located on the first floor, very useful because it has an elevator, we felt very good, we will definitely come back.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Just like the photos and had everything you could possibly need. We did struggle finding our apartment due to different numbering on the booking and not being made clear enough. Other than that no complaints.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tatra Square Apartments! The apartment was very clean and cozy with all the amenities to have a great stay! Communication and Check-in couldn't be better. We will definitely like to stay here again! Gintare &Tomas
