"Very disappointed with our stay. No evening meals available. Carpets needed hoovering, our room wasn't done and we had to ask for clean towels etc. There were no poached or boiled eggs on offer at breakfast and the food was luke warm. Buffet was limited and despite staff seeing that it needed replenishing it didn't happen. We were asked to book breakfast ,because it s busy and we when arrived at 9am there were only 6 people in the restaurant. Staff looked fed up. There was one receptionist and in the restaurant there were the cook and 5 staff with not a lot to do. I'm afraid l wouldn't choose this as a place to stay as its well below Premier Inn standards. The corridors needed cleaning, ie carpets, the general look of the accommodation was below standard."

"It is difficult to go wrong with a Premier Inn but this one is above average. The lady on the front desk was very welcoming and helpful, and gave our children little Easter eggs. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was quite a small hotel but very quiet and everyone slept well. In the morning, the breakfast next door was really nice too. The food was freshly cooked and the staff extremely friendly and helpful, they all interacted with the children and gave them colouring to do which kept them entertained. We were very happy with our stay."

"Although this hotel is a bit old, the rooms are much more spacious than most current budget chain hotels, and the facilities are complete. Check-in and check-out are very convenient."

"Clean, friendly staff, comfortable and great location. Breakfast choices were brilliant and tasted great. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying as great value. Do not agree with the negative reviews. tiny bit cold when arrived but heater was on all night so no issue."

"A very strange place off the beaten track, lots of people around the entrance to it smoking and once we were inside the room was reasonably comfortable but freezing cold the heating did come on but then went off till 8:00 in the morning, not a very pleasant experience"
