This was a nice guest room above a lively bar/restaurant. Ensuite bathroom, comfy bed, smart TV (need your own account if you want to watch Netflix, iPlayer, etc), and WiFi. Town centre and Yeovil Park are within walking distance (luckily the roadworks had pedestrian access). If you're exploring the wider Somerset, a car is required. No breakfast provided sadly (I went to Morrisons for cooked breakfast and Lidl for continental, both ~5 minutes away), but they have good lunch/evening food which they can take up to your room.

The staff were helpful and the evening meal was excellent. The bed was comfortable but the lack of a window was disappointing. I didn’t try the skylight blind as it appears damaged. The huge shower was very good despite the low headroom.

You get what you pay for! You get what you pay for! Function room under bedroom noisy till 23.00ish.

One night shrt notice stay Was rather warm and the fan provided, although good, didn't really help ooling things doen. Room small but comfortable. Bit noisy here in the front

It was very convenient and the price was cheap. The staff were friendly and i had everything i needed.

Nice place easy to find Arrived in the Bar for a quick check in and a guided tour of how things worked in the room. The room was modern and clean. Large shower which worked correctly. kitchen next door with a big fridge and a carton of fresh proper milk. A kettle was provided in the room. So you only needed to collect your milk when making a brew. Nice outside area for enjoying the evening sun. Large decent private carpark with easy access. Meals in the restaurant area were excellent, and reasonably priced. I believe the kitchen stops serving at around 7.45. So its worth considering that if you are going to arrive late. I arrived on Friday evening. Sunday roasts are available if you visit then. Decent selection on Ales on too. Spar shop a few minutes walk for those items you have forget.
