This time around, major issue blatantly noticeable was the extremely rude front desk staff - just warm bodies, without any hospitality or service. Requests get ignored: Had requested rooms appointed close to each other for 5-Executive Suites with reservations and requests made months ahead and reminder calls closer to arrival date. Rooms handed out were on 2-different floors in separate areas of each other. Concerns get ignored: One room reported bathroom faucet spurting water out too far wetting the person each time. That couple had to use the kitchen faucet for 3-days before someone came up to fix the bathroom faucet. There was no explanation for the delay (because all it really took was a reason of why it couldn’t be done and if reasonable -ie, no maintenance staff on the weekends, it’d at least provide an answer and not just being ignored.) One room was way too toasty, thermostat didn’t work. No fixes. No fans. No explanations. Just ignored. More than one room had broken window blinds (slats left on the floor-perhaps dropped off and one slat in front kitchen pantry/closet). Was told to submit issue online. I told front staff to just put in a note that the blinds were broken so we wouldn’t be charged for incidentals. Answered with a blunt “ok” or “done”. — really curt answers. No courtesy or manners in addressing clients. Never ever a “Thank you” - by no means, why? Our respective flight out got cancelled and we came to ask for courtesy late checkout at 12noon. The last couple asked after dinner was told to come back the next morning at 7am to ask instead of just taking the room number down as was done for the other rooms. We were told there were 16units available by another guy if we had to stay an extra night so availability wasn’t an issue. 예약하기 전에 호텔에 대한 정보를 읽어야했는데 주차가 없다는 것을 알지 못했습니다. 방은 27 도 이상 온도로 항상 매우 따뜻했습니다. 그리고 스크루드가 닫혀서 창문을 열 수 없습니다. 방에서는 전망이 없습니다. 방의 청결은 평범했고, 방의 팬은 팬 슈우드에 티백이 붙어있는 더러운 천을 씌웠습니다. 일부 가구가 손상되어 나이가 들며 마모가 나타났습니다. 정문 바로 두 곳에서 새어 나가는 것은 호텔 로비를 출입하는 데 매우 불편합니다. 또한 투숙하는 동안 피트니스 센터는 후원자가 사용할 수 없었습니다. 객실 주전자에는 커피 / 차도 없었습니다.

Not the downtown option some choose, but I was there in spring and it was an easy 30 minute walk over the lake or a $12 cab ride. Hotel is next to food options and was clean and friendly. I'd stay here again. It was much quieter than some of the competitors (at least on the back side of the hotel).

Capital Suites Inuvik에 머물면서 우리는 여기에 머물 기회를 뛰어 들었습니다. 실망은 입구에서 시작됩니다. 1 층 체크인 구역은 고 피곤해 보입니다. 건물은 호텔 스위트로 변환 된 오래된 아파트 블록처럼 보입니다. 거실 / 주방 공간과 별도의 침실 및 욕실로 구성된 스위트 룸은 한눈에 꽤 좋아 보입니다. 주방 캐비닛, 테이블 및 소파는 모두 좋아 보입니다. 침대는 편안하고 침구는 좋은 품질입니다. 하지만 그 다음 당신은 페인트 긁기를 발견, 오래된 artex 천장이 1970 년경에 끝났고, TV 프로그램 가이드가 없으므로 일반적인 문제를 해결할 수 없으며, 주석 개통은 작동하지 않으며 소음은 중앙 복도에서 퍼져 있으며 위의 발은 모두 퍼져 있습니다. 아마 카펫이 비닐 바닥으로 교체 되었기 때문에 부분적으로. 공항에서 약 20분. 훌륭한 셔틀 서비스. 침대는 편안했고 객실과 호텔은 깨끗하고 잘 관리되었습니다. 편리한 식사(외부 전망이 좋음)와 훌륭한 음식과 함께 라운지. 호텔에 바로 있습니다. 직원들은 수용적이고 유익했습니다. 또한 다시 거기에 머물 것입니다. 나는 누락 된 유일한 것은 세면 도구와 스낵을 판매하는 작은 가게였다고 생각합니다.
