I just had another wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel which has become my second home If I feel so good in this hotel it is for sure due to the entire team who does a remarkable job The whole team was fantastic as usual but this time of the year the atmosphere had a really Christmas spirit, everyone was happy and in a good mood as usual , even if it is not Christmas the team have always a lot of joy and of kindness I booked my stay at last minute and it was a sensational surprise to discover this city during the seasons holidays In fact Wroclaw , have one of the most popular Christmas markets in Europe. Start from middle of November and ends on 7 January The decorations are magical and there is a very good atmosphere throughout the city, and I was very lucky during my stay. I had blue skies and sunshine every day The Hotel received five stars this year as unique in the world as AC Hotel by Marriott If this hotel has five stars of course it is in relation to the standard, the historical buildings, the location in the city ,the decoration and the extremely comfortable Rooms and facilities , I always enjoy the pool 29 degrees and jacuzzi 34 degrees all year around. but what makes the big difference is the professionalism of the whole team For example at the front desk, the team is always very nice and professional I would like to thank Daria who was there for our check-in she was as always nice and kind On top of all Marlena did an exceptional job during our stay, she is very responsive and efficient, extremely professional and always smiling I would also like to take this opportunity to thank and congrats the housekeeping teams who are making an exceptional job, the rooms are always very clean. Patrycja who was on vacation , is always making sure that guest will receive the best service ever , she organized in advance and gave all the instructions before my arrival to respond to all my requests Patrycja is a gem for this hotel Every morning it was a real feast at breakfast which is always delicious with new things to discover and to taste each time I come back Breakfast have a large choices with high quality The breakfast team is also very professional, thanks to Ada, kinga but particularly to Katja who does a remarkable job thank you Katjia for an extremely good service and your kindness. 그 곳은 내가 처리하는 것이 불쾌한 최악의 장소입니다. 우리는 두 개의 아파트를 예약했지만 상황으로 인해 여행 몇 주 전에 그 중 하나를 취소해야했습니다. 먼저 그들은 도착 시 지불이라고 말하더라도 두 아파트에 대해 우리에게 청구했습니다. 설명과 환불을 위해 연락했을 때 은행 세부 정보를 요청했습니다(신용 카드를 청구하고 거기에 가면 환불). 다음으로 그들은 우리에게 다시 청구했지만 이번에는 한 아파트에 대해 청구했습니다. 그래도 환불의 소식이 없습니다. 어느 시점에서 그들은 우리의 전화에 응답하거나 이메일에 응답하기 위해 멈췄습니다. 언제 또는 우리가 돈을 돌려받을지 단서가 없었습니다. 도착하기 전에 리프트가 며칠 동안 고장난다는 txt 메시지를 받았습니다. 도착 시 리프트가 이미 꺼져 있는 것으로 나타났습니다. 접수 원은 리프트가 접수 원 옆에 있고 주문이 끊어진 거대한 표지판이 있음에도 불구하고 그녀가 그것에 대해 전혀 모른다고 척합니다. 이제 가장 재미있는 것은 .... 우리 아파트는 6 층에있었습니다. 리프트에 대해 사과하지 마십시오. 초과 요금에 대해 사과하지 마십시오. 나는이 장소가 저렴하다는 것을 이해하지만 일부 고객 서비스가 좋을 것입니다. 분명히 그들은 고객의 가능한 반환에 대해 신경 쓰지 않습니다. 우리는 2주 후에 결국 환불을 받았습니다.

완벽한 위치에 있는 사랑스러운 작은 호텔. 객실은 화려하지는 않지만 깨끗하고 잘 생각되었습니다. 24시간 바는 유용했지만 도착한 후 첫날 저녁에 사용한 음료는 많지 않았습니다. 우리는 아침 식사를 예약하지 않았지만 주변에 많은 카페와 빵집이 있었고 졸리 브라세리를 두 번 방문하여 신선한 롤, 커피 및 패스트리를 두 번 곁들인 공원(오페라 하우스 이후)에 앉았습니다. 위치는 시장 광장에 완벽합니다. 우리는 또한 오페라 하우스 뒤의 작은 광장을 방문하여 운하를 향해 Domek과 Fosa로 걸어 내려갔습니다. Wasabi는 훌륭한 칵테일을 제공하는 호텔 외부의 바쁜 바와 레스토랑입니다. 우리가 늦은 비행을했기 때문에 호텔은 마지막 날에 우리 케이스를 유지했습니다.

As a family we stayed here in May earlier this year. I've stayed at this hotel many times now and it's always the first place I look at when I'm booking my return to Wroclaw. What has always stood out at this hotel is how excellent and helpful the staff are. Some have come and gone over the years, both in reception and the breakfast area but there are still some familiar faces and they are always more than happy to assist. I've stayed in a few different rooms at the hotel and as mentioned on a previous review some of the rooms do need an upgrade, not all but some do. The ones that have been upgraded are really excellent. In no way luxurious but clean, comfortable, tidy and modern - perfect for what I'm looking for in a city break hotel. The rooms that haven't been upgraded - most from what we've stayed in are fine, especially for a lads weekend, the odd one that we've stayed though probably did need an overhaul but generally speaking the non upgraded rooms are OK as well. The breakfast, as ever offers more than enough to start the day. Fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cereals. It's not the most extensive and some people may want more than what's on offer but if its included in your stay it's good value. Location - again as mentioned many times, is excellent - a short walk to the main square and well positioned for jumping in and out of taxi's if you want to go a but further afield. As with all my previous reviews I give it 5*'s again, that's based on the value in relation to the location, the standard of the hotel, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast and as important as all those things - the staff, they always push it over the line when I come to reviewing the hotel. I'm about to book my trip to Wroclaw for the Xmas, it's highly likely we'll be staying here again,

I booked because the location was good and the reviews for breakfast were good. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Free unlimited coffee and tea, quick check in, warm and clean room with very little noise from outside given its proximity to the city center. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed. The breakfast was amazing! Everything from cheese and salad to waffles, scrambled eggs, polish sausage and spinach cake! The hot waffles and spinach cake were the best! When leaving at 5 am Monday morning there was a packed lunch ready for us to take on our flight. Much appreciated. We didn't use the pool and sauna. We will definitely be back to stay in future. The staff were super helpful also and it was all in all a very nice relaxed atmosphere.
