Location is convenient. However near to roadside which is noisy. Water heater is not hot.

I got trouble when check in is my room on app showing we have refrigerators, but when we receive room no have , and i going down to ask reception but he said this hotel never got contract together with trip.com , ask me if want refrigerator need to paid for room bigger will get it . We no have choice then paid for 120Rm for room tripple tonget refrigerator.

Our planned stay was supposedly 22-23Mar Sat-Sun, right after the 19-21Mar JB flooding that was widely reported. Since we are traveling from few hundred KMs away I was rightly fearful of my family's safety due to the higher potential flood & related risks; I contacted hotel multiple times citing force majeure concerns on 21Mar morning - and requested for a FOC cancellation. Hotel rep didn't agree despite long discussions, and repeatedly suggested we seek resolution from Trip.Com instead. Bad experience indeed.

A short stay before heading to the other place, location wise are good surrounded by restaurants and convenient shops, room is clean but have a bit of muddy smell. Overall is good stay for solo traveler

Surrounding with many restaurants and convenience shops, parking available (parking fee applicable). Reasonable prices. Might need to get reception to help to advise next door customers with loud chat in midnight. Overall is fine for us.

This is not a cheap hotel, I expect more from it but it gave me a really bad bad experience. A super lousy wifi and lousy hair dryer. OMG THIS IS REALLY RIDICULOUS. And the wall is not sound proof at all, I keep hearing people coughing over night. Not recommended to anyone who wishing to stay.
