"Long check in time and very difficult to get a hold with anyone for any concerns. The heater is not working!!! We have been calling the phone number for assistance but no one is picking up and sometimes goes to voicemail right away. The inn is a separate building, upon checking in you will just be given a piece of paper contains information to access the building. The code that was given to us did not work!!! In order to get assistance you have to walk back to the main building which was on the other side and a few minutes walk. No one even picking up if you call."

"The room was average. The toilet didn't flush properly, and the water pressure was very low. The breakfast was decent, an English breakfast. The wait staff were very friendly. The hotel is relatively small, somewhat reminiscent of a B&B or family hotel."

"STAY FAR AWAY!!!! This is by far the worst hotel and experience I have stayed at ever. Very misleading from the images and hotel location, turns out you’re actually down the road and the images are not even close to what the real thing is. The walls are unbelievably thin, you can hear absolutely every word said in all directions, I woke up multiple times from people/cars outside, people in rooms and a lot of sex… The room is absolutely disgusting carpets smell and are stained, found hairs everywhere. Keycard doesn’t work half the time so just stood in the rain getting soaked waiting for it to fix itself. WiFi doesn’t work at all. Absolutely terrible experience, never again."
