This is the cutest hotel we have ever stayed. Definitely bring our daughter next time. All kids will love it

We had a fabulous time over 3 days. First two days we visited the theme park and then the third day we visited the golf. We went over the may bank holiday weekend, queues were a maximum of 70 mins on the app and found they weren't too bad. We got there about 9am and queued til they opened the turnstiles at 9.30 both days. Highlights were flight of the sky lion, youngest loved hydra's challenge and the dragon. Queue times weren't updated quick enough and to be told a queue time for laser raiders was 35 mins, 100 mins later we got on the ride and it definitely wasn't worth waiting that amount of time for. Sky rider kept going on and off as it was closed every time there was a few spots of rain. All other rides were fixed pretty much straight away and back on quickly if there were any issues. Staff were all fab everywhere in the park. We visited the golf on our third day and played 2 courses with the £5 for another course offer. We managed both courses in 90 mins. We played medieval and Lego city.

First time visitor with my son. Stayed in the new woodland village lodges for 3 nights & could have done with another 2 nights. My son was completely on his element with the woodland village set up alone. He played for hours at the parks and took time admiring all the scenery. His only disappointment was when he eventually got the safe open nothing was there said to staff and got POP badges instead. Was worried about the food prices but used my gold pass and got a good meal for myself and son with drinks for no more than £40. Breakfast was tasteless though and wish I had picked the pancakes everyday as they were sweet. Would be an absolute fantastic resort in the hot weather to! The theme park walking in on day 2 my son said “I really am living the dream” it was an 8 year olds dream come true. He felt so special and I’ve never seen him so happy after a theme park visit. We are regular visitors to Alton towers Drayton manor and Blackpool pleasure beach but Legoland by far topped it for him. We spent 3 days in the theme park and also could have done with an extra day or 2 there. Never done the attractions but done most the rides with speedy pass. There is just so much detail and scenery it’s beautiful. Con I had was used my card contactless to get change next to the driving trucks and received £3 out the £10 payment. Staff were useless in helping and son just wouldn’t wait around. Speedway was closed on day 1 this was a disappointment but sky lion is absolutely magnificent it’s one of my all time favourite rides now! Wish the UK had more of these. There is so much fun and enjoyment in all the rides each one having different effects and experiences. Was booked for the adventure golf but never had the time to go as so much fun was taking place elsewhere. Overall a fantastic time!!

Stayed over the weekend just gone and have to say quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we headed to the gate between the hotel and Mythica in order to head straight to The Flight of The Skylion. We were advised that all gates would open at 10am. However around 9.55am we saw lots of people rushing into Myhtica before our gate had opened. By the time our gate opened we joined the que to find it was already 60 minutes long. Surely it is only fair that all gates are opened at the same time? During our stay the ques for most rides were very long. Whilst I understand it was half-term week the ques were very badly managed with too little staff. The Destiny’s Bounty ride and que was operated by just 1 employee who was having to operate the ride, then open the gate to let everyone out, then sort the fast-pass que by scanning all their tickets (of which half the ride was taken up by), then sort the standard que. All this meant the ride was sat stationary for far too long, causing a massive wait time. We visited Disneyland Paris last year and on these sorts of rides they would have at least 2 members of staff. Whilst one was operating the ride, the other would sort the ques and make sure all riders were ready to go as soon as the ride stopped drastically reducing the wait times. On the subject of Fast-Pass, whilst I don’t begrudge you offering this service, on one particular ride (The Mini-Figure Speedway) your employee was not even checking tickets of people entering the Fast-Pass que. People could have quite easily jumped the standard que without paying. Another thing we were quite disappointed was the condition/state of the rides and in particular the models at mini-land. Some of the rides looked very tired and faded/dirty. Some of the ques had lego stations for children to use but had no lego in them? The models at mini-land were also very poor. Buildings very faded, models with no heads, trains broken and not working etc. Whilst we encountered some good members of staff, on the whole we found your staff quite rude and uninterested in their jobs. We visited the Ninjago shop and the person behind the counter was very rude and unhelpful. One customer asked for some coke to which your staff member replied “Run Out” with no offer of an alternative or a suggestion as to where else they could try. We are annual pass members at Adventure Island in Southend and have to say their rides and staff put your facilities to shame. Lastly I would like to express our disappointment of your food and catering offering. We had breakfast at the hotel and whilst the food was ok, again the staff looked in disarray. There was a massive que to be seated with 1 member of staff sorting the front desk, whilst around 4 members of staff stood around the restaurant not doing anything. Also whilst a small inconvenience I would have thought for the money we paid a coffee-machine offering different coffees would be pretty standard? However we found an urn with instant coffee being o

First time at Legoland for my 2 children who are 5 and 8. We stayed in the castle hotel, wizard room. The kids loved it, the elevator is an experience in itself. Room was clean and the gifts they got after they worked out the code to the safe were really good. You also got early access to the park in the morning which was great. The hotel had Lego characters come out in the afternoon so the kids could have their photo with them. We had access to the playroom which was well thought out as there is even a little coffee shop in there. We were naughty and took them out of school for a day as heard the horror stories of hour long queues. We went on a Wednesday night and in the park on the Thursday and highly recommend going mid week if you are able as we got on 25 rides during the day and there was no queuing. We would go again.

We decided to stay on site for our trip in the new woodland village area. Despite being ‘new’ for May 2024 our room wasn’t particularly clean. In addition, despite paying as much as to stay in the main hotel you don’t get early morning access to the park. This was the whole reason we booked this stay and whilst I will admit it does say thin now looking back on the website it’s not clear when you chose your room and booking. We were very disappointed to be staying on site and queuing up for park access with everyone with a regular day pass. The rides themselves are great for younger kids but the eating areas are dirty. It was our second trip but I very much doubt we will be back.

It was our first visit as a family to LEGOLAND where we all felt very disappointed & frustrated in our overall experience. It took 60 minutes to queue for a ride that took only 30 seconds, the staff were all fed-up and miserable. There was no entertainment for kids whilst having to queue for so long! The majority of rides were 45-70mins long and it was ridiculously busy considering it was out of half-term time. In 3.5 hours we only managed 2 rides. LEGOLAND is looking very tired, considering how much everything costs I’m surprised. We paid over £10 for 2 bottles of water & 4 packs of crisps which is shocking considering how much we have already paid. There are so many extras that LEGOLAND charge for it would seem that it’s all about the money than the actually experience in our opinion. We shall not be coming back & have 2 very sad children as it was not what they had hoped or expected. We have another day tomorrow but we shall not be returning and now have to pay out extra to find other things to do. We have been to Florida LEGOLAND which was a totally different experience and one we would recommend.

We have been visiting Legoland with our merlin passes for the past few years and I must say, Merlin really needs to up their game. Everything is starting to look tired, the staff seem miserable, the queue times are pretty bad and don't get me started on the food; it's awful at worse than airport prices. Our local park is Alton Towers so we don't get to visit Legoland that often but it seems it has gone downhill in the last 12 months. We always enjoyed our Legoland visit but this time not so much and we had 2 days in the park.
