Our Jackson Hole condo is literally among the finest condos in all of The Aspens at the Racquet Club and is located in the most secluded and desirable area within our community, the 'Berry Patch' -- it is nothing short of magical! Just walk outside of our home and you feel immersed in the beauty and grandeur of the Teton Mountains. We are ideally located between the town of Jackson, WY; Jackson Hole Ski Resort; and the south entrance to Grand Teton National Park. This two story studio condo lives much larger than a studio. The sleeping loft has one king bed and one single bed on opposite ends. The living area has 16 ft ceilings with large windows. This was my primary residence, and I rent it with all of the luxuries of home, including a fully equipped kitchen with full spice rack, etc. The deck has a seating area and the odds are high that you will see a moose (or a few of them) in the backyard. This upstairs end unit is very quiet and private, despite being very close to great amenities. The dining table seats 7 people comfortably, and the bathroom includes a new washer dryer. The one disclaimer is that tenants will need to be comfortable with stairs. The loft has a very steep flight of stairs up to the sleeping area, as seen in the photos. There is also a flight of covered exterior stairs that comes up to the unit from the parking lot.
