There was bedbugs in the room we stayed in and the lady at the front desk was very rude when we were asking her about it.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was equal to places I've stayed in at 3 times the cost! The room was big, well appointed, and spotless.

It was very very unclean, parking was bad, front desk person was gone.

Not the worst place to stay, haven’t seen any bed bugs yet, at least. But you get what you pay for I guess. Noisy in the halls all night both nights (Wednesday and Thursday nights), room had dirty towels in the bathroom on checkin and toothpaste on the sink faucet. Room still needs some finishing (visible drywall tape and mud)… for $100 anywhere else on the planet I’d expect more, but Whitehorse has a very high opinion of itself so this is what $100/night looks like :/

I may have rated this property better but I got bit by bed bugs when I stayed here, check the beds before staying! Wash itchy for a week and a half afterwards

Easy access to the core area. The rooms are right at the sidewalk. With no A/C, an open window allow plenty of verbal noise into the room into the evening but okay past 11pm. Room was clean but somewhat sparse in furniture. My room had one patio type chair in the room. The room Reno was done by an amateur, plumbing, trim, flooring etc. It was all good, but best value in town....not sure.?? It was all this camper needed.

It is located in downtown. There are many good places (culture center, museum, art gallery, souvenir shops, ...) Most of all, it is not expensive to stay several days. However, it is old so a little problem. Fortunately, every staffs help me. Maybe, they will heip you!

It's an older property, which is what it is, but it's also very dirty. The baseboards and walls are were so disgusting in the room, particulaly the bathroom, I actually washed them in the bathroom, along with cleaning the shower before getting in. Also, the little baskets with toiletries, the toilet surround and around the toilet screws that hold the seat on were covered in old urine. If we hadn't prepaid, we would not have stayed there. The staff need to be trained, because they actually made the effort to clean our room. The front desk girls were not very pleasant, but they weren't rude either. Still, for a hospitality job, it would be nice to receive a smile at least when checking in. We had a really nice view of the river, but the window sills were so gross, we also wiped those down before being able to enjoy the view. It's a shame, because this place has real potential. The location is good and our room was quite spacious and comfortable. The river view is very pleasant too. And as for the lobbby, it looks more like a community center than a hotel entrance. Overall, we would not recommend this place and we would not stay there again. One more thing to note, it is supposed to be non-smoking, but that rule is definitely not enforced.
