The Main Bedroom has an en-suite that, if desired, can be accessed (or shut off) from the hallway. This bathroom has an oversized tub and separate shower.2nd Bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser and closet.3rd Bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed that is full size on both top and bottom with a single trundle underneath.Living room has 2 comfortable Futon Sofas which easily fold out for sleeping or made up for lounging. Located on one private acre, the back yard has direct access to the Mickelson Trail and overlooks a private horse ranch. No cause for concern with the summer hail as the house has an overly large attached two car garage available for parking your personal car, motorcycle and/or the rental car.Wildlife:Almost daily, deer frequent the yard in the evenings, bluebirds abound and squirrels playfully chatter from the trees.Additional Amenities:We have fishing poles available for kids to enjoy the free fishing, for those 12 years of age or younger, in the many nearby lakes, without parents having to invest in this gear for a one time vacation outing. Lawn chairs and coolers are also made available.
