"나는 지금 많은 의견을 읽었고이 호텔을 4 성급 미만으로 평가하는 방법을 이해할 수 없습니다! 호텔은 훌륭합니다! 야외 주택의 개별 아파트(집에서 방을 쉽게 교환할 수 있음)와 전체 시설, 호텔, 모든 것! 여기에서 그녀는 주인에게 많은 노력을 기울이고 다리에 정말 훌륭한 개념이나 훌륭한 시설을 넣었습니다! 집 전체의 직원은 믿을 수 없을만큼 훌륭하고 너무 이르다! 아침 식사에는 필요한 모든 것이 있으며 끊임없이 신선하고 다양합니다! 웰빙 공간, 야외 시설 또는 객실 여부에 관계없이 모든 것이 깨끗하고 현대적이며 매우 기분이 좋습니다. ! 우리는 전 세계를 많이 여행하며 이 호텔은 가격 대비 성능 비율이 매우 높습니다! 추신. 시설 크기에서 한 번 조금 기다려야 하거나 조식당이 조금 더 가득 차서 그런 것을 "나쁜" 것으로 평가하는 것은 이해할 수 없습니다! 아름다운 주말을 보내주신 모든 직원과 주인에게 감사드립니다!"

호텔 모르 앤드 스파 ★★★

"Well we have accidentally booked the wrong hotel - I am American and booked it, but we were planning to stay at a hotel with the same name in Austria. By the time we arrived , we saw the reservation was wrong . We called to apologize and cancel and see if maybe we could get at least a partial refund ( there's nothing to clean, no food needed etc etc) Anyways: I called to try and talk to someone. The guy at the hotel says: oh I don't speak English. Doesn't try to get anybody or whatever and hangs up. Then a few minutes later my wife, the German, call and talk to him. VERY RUDE PERSON! he does not let her finish my sentence , says no thats not us , we are Mohr Hotel ... She said : yea exactly that's what I was trying to say ! You have a reservation in our name for four people correct? He goes: oh JA! So she apologizes and try to explain the whole thing - and he just literally flips her off, doesn't let her finish her sentence again, he does not negotiate and just says: well.. too late, not my fault. And then again ( she’s being very very polite!!) he doesn't let her finish her sentence, just denies and then hangs up on her while she’s talking. THE RUDEST PERSON I'VE EVER TALKED TO AT ANY HOTEL. we're still waiting on email response, but they don't seem to care at all. Very sad! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE."
