We have best stay here, love it, thank you for making our anniversary day special with candle light dinner arrangeby Rishad & team. Staff was good and kind. One short girl as staff in food section was kind and good in ***agement and arrangements of tables. Cleaning and environment was best, best place to visit with family and kids. 호텔은 충분한 주차 공간이있는 *** anthavady 마을 중심에 위치하고 있으며 도보 거리에있는 모든 것이 가능합니다. 직원은 매우 협조적입니다. 특히 Siraj 씨는 관광 방법과 어느 관광이 가능한지 많은 도움을주었습니다. 열린 것, 비 등으로 인해 가까운 것. 특히 직원이 관광으로 호텔을 예약하는 데 도움이되는 방법과 그 지역 / 마을에 대해 아무것도 모르면 한 가지 단점이 있습니다. 근처에 순수한 채식 식당을 찾을 수 없었습니다.

이 아름다운 낙원은 수많은 새들의 서식지인 평화로운 호수 가장자리에 있으며 장엄한 일출을 볼 수 있는 앞자리를 제공합니다. 인피니티 풀은 멋진 전망을 보기에 완벽하게 배치되어 있습니다. 리조트는 매우 잘 관리되어 있으며 객실은 깨끗하고 음식은 매우 좋지만 우리를 위해 그것을 묶은 것은 Jobish Thomas 씨가 이끄는 매우 잘 훈련되고 잘 훈련 된 직원이었습니다. 우리는 확실히 재방문을 원할 것입니다 🫠

We were a family of three including one child of 10 years, and we stayed for two nights here. The property is reasonably big and has a lot of places to walk around. It is maintained beautifully, and is lush green all around. There is a small stream nearby to walk upto. There Is a mini trail to hike up to a view puoint. Tea estates to walk around. Pros: Large property, lot of places to walk if you are nature lovers. Very courteous and helpful staff. Rooms are large and well maintained. [Basic facilities, though] Cons: The food choices are pretty limited, and they need to urgently change their chefs. Ala-Carte menu is very limited, and basically a subset of their buffet spread, which fore most part of the time is served cold. The swimming pool is at a beautiful location, however even basic things like towels are not provided near the pool. The spa, is a total rip off. The therapist does not appear to be trained, and the supposedly in charge person, keeps dropping in during a massage, I have never been interrupted so ***y times during a massage without basic etiquette of not entering a massage room when someone is being worked on. I seriously recommend not to use the spa The room was pretty basic, which is actually a good thing, however the towels they keep are non water absorbent ones, I wish they keep some towels which are cotton. I recommend the owners to install some easy chairs in open areas with the Mountain View, I would have really enjoyed my time reading a book facing the lovely mountains which the resort is facing to.
