Newly built 4 bedroom 2 bath home across the road from Big Silver Lake. We built this as our family guest house completed in spring 2021. Situated on 6 acres where you can enjoy walking paths or cross country skiing through the property. Enjoy a camp fire at the fire pit with wood provided. We have opened this up for the week of EAA, 2024 If you would like additional nights please contact us or book the week and we can add additional nights. It is located about 35 minutes from the EAA grounds.It has three queen beds, one double bed, twin bunk beds, a toddler bed and a port-a-crib. An additional bedroom is in the basement and bathroom completed in winter 2022. Open concept kitchen, living room with a large deck with gorgeous views. We are located seven houses from the boat landing and have plenty of room to park boats on the property. We are also located near snowmobile trails with parking for trailers and sleds. You can swim off your boat or dock at the Silver Cryst Tiki bar and use their beach if you eat or drink there. The Princeton flea market is 25 minutes away and is a great Saturday activity. Nordic Mountain is less than 20 minutes away for tubing, snowboarding and skiing. Waushara County has a lot of natural public lands for you to enjoy hiking and exploring.The house has wifi, a smart TV with Netflix, Disney Plus and HBO Max, a washer and dryer, and a pool table and dart board for your use. We are very child friendly. My wife and I are at the lake house most of the time in spring and fall. We will consider access to the lake through our property on the lake. We have sup boards and a kayak for your use. During the winter, there is great ice fishing on Silver Lake. The bay is a half mile from the house. Nordic Mountain is only 20 minutes away and offers family fun tubing, snowboarding and skiing. The home is a 3 bedroom, 1 loft area, and 2 bathroom renovated historic cottage from 1900 that has plenty of exposed woodwork, and open concept. It offers great views, warm atmosphere, great fireplace, huge deck overlooking the water, and dock, boat lift. We have a rec room with ping pong, pin ball, poker table, dart board and TV. Also boathouse has life jackets, floats and paddle board and kayak. The first bedroom is on the main floor, it has a double bed, and a twin sized trundle under it. Then upstairs there is a open loft area where there is a double bed, and a XL Twin. There is also a room with two twin beds, and a room with a king bed and attached master bath. That room also has a private full bathroom. We also have a air mattress, and a pack - n - Play at the house as well. The house comes with all kitchen items you would need, and has a wash machine and dryer in the basement. The lake has Boat rentals either pontoon, ski boat, paddle boards, kayaks etc. There is two marinas that rent, Marks Quality Marina, and Blackhawk Marina are right next to Silver Lake. Quiet, cozy, cottage lake front with nice outdoor patio area for grilling and backyard area for relaxing and bon fires (wood is provided for bon fires). Large, three section, pier perfect for fishing off of all day and night. There are fishing poles in the cottage for guests to use. During the winter you can ice fish on the lake right out your back door. The inside of the cottage has two bedrooms with either a full or queen size bed along with one dresser, as well as two bathrooms, two living rooms with two televisions, a kitchen space with eat in area, and a laundry room. The two couches on the left side of the cottage, when facing the lake, lay flat for individuals to sleep on. There are plenty of additional sheets, blankets, and pillows in the wall closet to use. There is also an air mattress provided for use. Patio and bbq grill outside in the backyard with a table and chairs for outdoor eating. Lots of outdoor seating. There is a hammock by the lake. The Trading Post, a bar/restaurant that serves food and drinks is near by as well as a coffee shop, the Mt Morris Mill, that has smoothies, coffee, and ice cream. The Hideaway, a bar/restaurant, a bit further down the road, is great for food and drinks too. Wautoma is nearby for grocery shopping, marinas, bars, restaurants, and ad hoc shopping as well.
