We have 1 private, secured parking spot that may be used for free with any reservation. Please note, due to the size and configuration of the space, vans, pickup trucks and larger SUVs will not fit in the space.Other Things to NoteAs a basement unit, there may be some noise from the upstairs, particularly us walking and our dog running around. We try to keep this to a minimum and will respect quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM. The HVAC is centrally controlled by main house and the basement can sometimes feel cool.
