The doors need to be tighted and realigned so they all open and close. There is a pressure problem in the bathroom. The rest was good

This was a charming place to stay and extremely comfortable for 3 adults. The parking was sometimes tricky but we always managed to find a spot. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and towels. The dishwasher and washer & dryer were wonderful to have at our disposal. We would not hesitate to stay again. Excellent communication with the hosts.

Great location and space Perfect location for exploring DC. Easy walking distance to U St, AdMo, and Dupont. Super quiet and safe neighborhood. Apartment suited our needs perfectly with plenty of space, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and comfortable living room. Bathroom is a bit tight for two women and all of our trappings, but very manageable.

Perfect quiet neighborhood The location was very close to all the historical sites within mostly 5 miles. Very quiet and safe place. I would highly recommend staying here! Very clean!

GREAT PLACE! We just returned from our short stay in DC. We only took two of our children (for their birthdays). This place was perfect for the four of us! We wanted a kitchen along with a washer and dryer, this gave us both! This does have stairs to walk up to the level and then down into the apartment. We walked over 20 miles both days that we were there, my legs barely worked each evening when we returned. I only mention this if you need a stairless option. The rooms were a good size, the closets were great! They even had fans for us. We did Door Dash dessert the first night. The location was so easy for deliveries! We are from the country and not used to the parking or city noise yet felt comfortable and at ease. The response from the host was immediate each time and they were very kind! If we made a return trip, I would seek out this same apartment for another stay.
