Our home is a 2 story cabin with a gorgeous knotty pine main living room with a gas fireplace and high ceiling. The master bed is located in the loft with on en-suite with full tub and shower. Downstairs we have 2 bedrooms both with queen beds and a full bath with a stand up shower. The kitchen is a newly remodeled galley kitchen fully stocked. The large dining room has seating for 8 and overlooks the river. We also have the large den area with lots of board games. Our enclosed porch and deck both overlook the water. Boulder Ridge is a mountain estate encompassing 61 private acres of mountainous forests full of hiking/ATV trails, wildlife, and spectacular Mountain Views. The house features a large rap-around deck on 3 sides, one of which is a covered porch. On the deck is a BBQ grill, a picnic table and additional seating for outdoor entertainment and dining. In the side yard there is a large fire pit for roasting marshmallows with the kids and evening entertainment for adults. Guns and hunting are not allowed on the premises without the express written permission of the owner!We welcome all snowmobile and winter sport enthusiasts. Our property is large enough to accommodate snowmobile trailers of all sizes. The Warren County snowmobile trails are a short ride from the property.
