"Husband & I had a great overnight stay at Courtyard Bowling Green KY. Guest Service Agent Shasta went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She had a friendly smile to greet us, helped with a requested room type change, shared information about the hotel & its amenities, recommended nearby restaurants, and personally brought requested toiletries to our room. The room was clean and comfortable, the beds were good, plenty of pillows, and we did not hear a lot of hallway noise in the well-insulated room. The pool and area is very clean as well. Thank you for a wonderful overnight stay!"

"휴가 - 여기가 우리가 묵었던 최악의 장소입니다! 우선, 우리 객실은 장애인 평가 가능으로 되어 있었는데, 예약한 것이 그게 아니라는 것을 알고 나서 장애인 객실이 하나뿐이라고 하면서 하룻밤에 20달러를 추가로 청구했습니다! 방에 전화가 있었지만 연결되지 않았고, 연결할 선이 없었습니다. 데스크의 야간 직원은 그다지 친절하지 않았고 매우 게으른 것처럼 보였습니다. 그의 복장은 티셔츠, 반바지, 슬리퍼였습니다. 샴푸와 비누는 매우 비쌌던 것 같습니다. 첫 번째 밤 집 청소 후 더 이상 사용할 것이 없었습니다. 같은 직원에게 비누를 더 달라고 전화했더니 프런트 데스크에서 가져갈 수 있다고 했습니다. 저는 서비스에 경악했고 다른 Days Inn에는 다시는 묵지 않을 것입니다. 제 생각에는 여러분도 그러지 마세요!!"

"This hotel was in a perfect location for our families spring break trip while we visited the Mamath Caves, Lost River Cave and the National Corvette Measume. Plenty of restaurants around and easy on/off of the main hwy. Breakfast being included was a plus. My boyfriend enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and the kids loved the waffles. The pool and hot tub were loved by all and we went in them all of the three nights we were there. The rooms were average size and nothing special, could use a little fixing up here and there and maybe some hooks on back of bathroom door or a rack above toilet for a place to hang towels but it was a place to sleep and shower. One thing I can say is that the parking lot was not very large in the front of the hotel and most spots already taken as times we came and went so we had to park on the side lot which is on a slanted hill and it's a pain in the butt getting in and out. We would still stay again as the price for what you get was the best we found around."

"The water took forever to get hot. The room was extremely dusty. There was no internet because of a storm 3 days earlier. They should have gotten it fixed within 3 days. We were told at 11pm that we could go over to another hotel across the street, but it was too late and we were in our pajamas."
