Port Bouvard Supa Deli for all essentials is a very short stroll. Miami shops incorporating Woolworths, Coles, Miami Bakehouse(Australia's Most Awarded Bakery) , various takeaway outlets and IGA are all within 3 mins by car. Beautiful Avalon Beach is a 2 min walk including BBQs. toilets and picnic area.Pets indoors by arrangement. Pets allowed outside during the day and in the laundry or garage in the evening(By arrangement only). No smoking indoors.Payment in full must be made 14 days before arrival.LEAVERS OR UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE:We do allow groups aged under 21 (including leavers) to stay at Avalon Bay Beach House however there are additional conditions including: * An adult to take responsibility for the group and any damage etc (the adult does not have to stay at the house) *A full list of all persons staying at the house to be provided with names and addresses *The security bond is increased to $1000 *No late night parties that will disturb neighbours ( this will result in loss of bond and immediate termination of contract to let house.)(* We have had leavers for years now and have had some wonderful groups who just want to get away and have a relaxing holiday with friends.)About pets:Pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 2:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.Smoking is allowed outside.About events:No events allowed.
