Great Location with Total Privacy Located only 4.6 miles from the charming town of Hamden and 8.1 miles from Delhi, this home offers both quiet seclusion and easy access to restaurants, shops, and conveniences. Wedding venues, hiking trails, and seasonal events are all within a short drive. Tucked away on a quiet country road, you’ll feel miles from everything—while still being close to everything you need. Easy Access Year-Round A short gravel driveway with a gentle incline brings you to the house. In the winter months (October–April), we keep the driveway plowed and shoveled to the door, but we recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles when snow is likely. Accessibility Features Hamden Hill House is step-free and accessible, making it a comfortable choice for all guests. A wraparound deck has both stairs and a ramp for easy entry. Inside, the home is all on one level. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a grab bar beside the toilet. (Door width measurements available upon request.) Bright, Open Living Space The front of the cabin features a wall of windows that tracks the sun throughout the day, filling the space with natural light. Both sliding glass doors open to allow in a fresh summer breeze. An open floor plan makes the home feel spacious and social. Bedrooms & Bathroom The two bedrooms are located at the back of the house for privacy and quiet. One shared bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet grab bar, and easy access for all guests.
