'서비스는 열정적이며 참을성있게 내 질문에 대답합니다. 다음날 체크아웃 시간이 지나서 상기시켜줬는데 태도가 친절해서 10분 넘게 주셨어요. 내가 예약한 방에는 아래층에 이층 침대와 싱글 침대가 있고 위층에는 큰 침대가 있고 충분한 침대가 있습니다. 대부분의 공간은 침대에 나뉘었지만 다른 공간은 약간 비좁고 물건을 놓을 테이블이 충분하지 않았습니다. 충분히 깨끗하고 위층은 약간 덥습니다. 반딧불 동굴 명소에서 수백 미터 떨어져 있습니다. 호텔 옆에 바가 있으며, 저녁 식사를 할 수 있으며, 18:00부터 밤 늦게까지 영업합니다. 사진은이 식당에서 내리막길을 바라 보는 풍경입니다. 전반적으로 편리하고 편안하며 아름다운 풍경, 여전히 좋습니다.'

'We had a wonderful stay at the hostel. The staff were very friendly and gave us a thorough introduction to the hostel, including its lovely animal residents, like baby lambs, deer, pig, and horse. A highlight of my stay was the chance to feed the baby lamb, which was a truly memorable experience! The facilities are basic, but everything is in good working order and covers the essentials. The bedding was clean, and they provided a clear wall guide on how to set it up, which was helpful and a nice touch. Overall, it was a cozy, enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others!'

'토모바 바로 옆에 있어서 위치가 매우 편리합니다. 하지만 모든 객실이 산을 향해 지어졌기 때문에 객실까지 가려면 계단을 올라가야 합니다. 짐이 많으면 주인이 운반을 도와드립니다. 주인은 매우 친절하고 열정적인 부부입니다. 그들은 여행에 대한 조언을 제공하고 모든 사람을 따뜻하게 맞이할 것입니다. 아침 식사가 훌륭하고, 마치 집에 있는 것 같은 경험을 할 수 있습니다. 동굴 래프팅을 할 때는 수건이 제공됩니다. 와이토모는 규모는 작지만 인간적인 면이 강합니다. 다음에 다시 방문하면 더 오래 머물고 싶어요~ 바로 옆에 있는 토모 레스토랑의 식사를 추천해요. 정말 맛있어요!'

'Easy check-in, staff are easily contactable. If you are arriving after front desk hours, just give them a call. Easily instructions will be given. Room is spacious. TV has the lodge's netflix account, so you may want to check in early :)) Only concern is door lock is one-way, recommend owner to consider better locks since right outside of the room door is the car park.'
