"We arrived at the hotel mid afternoon to find they had up graded us with out us requesting it. Our room was lovely with an huge terrace. We asked the hotel to order us a taxi which they did so and told us it would be a fix rate that had been negotiated by the hotel , which made it considerably cheaper for us to travel into Naples and back. The hotel over all was very good but there was one stand out and forgive i am probaly getting her name wrong but i am going to call her Connie? . She was exceptional, treated us like we were life long freinds. We inquired if there was a shuttle to the Airport which there was but not on the Sunday of our flight. Connie went into the back and negoiated with a young lad to take us to the airport. We ofcourse tipped him and it was well worth it as it was much cheaper than a Taxi. I would highly recomend the hotel and their staff, they are lovely people."
