호텔 보르데 루즈(Hotel Borde Luz)

We stayed here for 4 nights. unfortunately the hotel is next to the very very busy road between Villarica and Pucon. The noise is non stop from early morning until late at night. you need your window open to keep cool but it is so noisy. All rooms are facing the road. This makes it impossible to relax and sleeping difficult. what a pity. the hotel needs a refurbishment, the carpets in our room had been replaced in part but not the whole floor. the swimming pool is not as large as the photo and there really is only room for two people. the pool is in the back of the hotel and not very well positioned. it was a pity but the breakfast was complicted. No buffet. You order from the waitress and it takes a long time. The coffee is the worst ever nescafe sachet. There is a coffee machine but this is not included in the price and they are reluctant to use it.

Where to begin... Hotel Bordeluz was just the loveliest experience we had as a family. The staff is absolutely extraordinary. There is nothing they can't do to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our room was spotless the day we arrived and was maintained that way all throughout our stay. The manager was extremely helpful in guiding us through various tourist attractions making himself available for any questions we might have had during our stay. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. From yoghurt, cereals, eggs, granola, cake, fruit juices, and teas, their attention was always caring yet professional. We also took advantage of the hot tub available (an an extra charge) beside their free pool. It is a lovely treat after a whole day out exploring volcanos, waterfalls, lakes, and forests. You need to rent a car to move about as it is located between the city of Villaria and Pucon. This hotel is an absolute gem. If you are looking for a hotel in which the personal yet professional touch is there, then look no further, this is the place.

Muy agradable, está recién remodelado. Amplios espacios, toallas nuevas y cálida atención. Buen blackout en la habitación permite dormir hasta más tarde, shampoo y acondicionador en el baño en dispensador, cuidando el medio ambiente. Bien por la reducción de desechos de pequeños envases! No está frente al lago, está al otro lado de la carretera pero la habitaciones tienen vista al lago.

Excelente lugar, ubicado a medio camino entre Pucón y Villarrica, todo impecablemente limpio, muy buena atención y acogida y un desayuno de primera. A pocos metros acceso a la playa con amplio estacionamiento y varios extra para descansar y relajarse.

Hotela Bordeluz es un lugar adecuado para visitar Pucon, Posee un tamaño óptimo y su atención da cuenta de un equipo de personas muy amables y esmeradas en que todo funcione. Viajamos con mi esposa e hijos y no tuvimos problema alguno, ¡muy recomendable! ¡Muchas gracias a Ignacio y a todo el personal por toda tú cortesía y atención!

En términos generales, un hotel que lo tiene todo para ser muy bueno. Lamentablemente, las obras de mejoramiento del sector de la piscina nos tuvieron con ruido desde las 10:30 am hasta las 21:00 todos los días. Un desastre. Lo apropiado hubiese sido que cerraran el hotel mientras las obras se llevaban a cabo (lo que nos hubiera ahorrado el ruido y nos habría hecho reservar en otra parte), pero el hotel prefirió ofrecer una pésima experiencia a algunos huéspedes antes que perder 1 o 2 semanas de ingresos. Le hicimos saber esta situación al personal del hotel y nos dijeron que terminarían el primer día de nuestra estadía, lo que no fue así (se extendió por 4 días más, la totalidad de nuestra estadía). Si estás leyendo esta opinión, probablemente los trabajos ya fueron terminados y se puede descasar efectivamente en el hotel. Sin embargo, el hecho de que el hotel hubiese preferido entregar una pésima experiencia por unas semanas a algunos huéspedes te habla de personas a quienes no les interesan sus clientes y tampoco muestran un mínimo de empatía. A tener en consideración a la hora de escoger un hotel.
