로즈우드 리틀 딕스 베이(Rosewood Little DIX Bay)

This was our second visit and we stayed in a beach cottage. The location is superb and is very private. We found the food excellent and the restaurants lovely. We loved the beach drop with catered lunch. I also loved the horticulture tour given by the head of gardening. I wish I could remember his name. We were there to celebrate my 60th birthday. We let them know when booking that it was a special occasion. It was not acknowledged, ever, even on my actual birthday. My husband mentioned this to reception and to one of our our butlers. Still, nothing. A little card would have been appreciated. As beautiful as this resort is, attention to the small details would make it perfect.

Stunning resort with excellent staff, food, and amenities. Everything was so well organized for daily activities and relaxing. Daily beach drops, water activities, farm and horticulture tour, tennis and pickleball, and relaxing on the gorgeous beach. Cannot wait to come back!

We stayed in a pool suite for our 10th anniversary. Having stayed at several other Rosewood properties, Eden Rock, and other properties in the Caribbean, we expected much much more for the price point. It is a beautiful property. In general, however, they just missed the mark in nearly every area. We do not plan to return. KUDOS: - The people were lovely. - The room was well appointed. - Breakfast was good with many options and good quality. - Afternoon tea was lovely. - Spa treatments were well done. - The gym was decently equipped. OPPORTUNITIES: - The food at lunch and dinner was mediocre at all restaurants, especially for a secluded resort at this price point. - The spa facilities were disappointing. The view was stunning but spa pools were too cold to use and there were no steam/sauna facilities. - The suite pool was unable to be heated and was too cold for us. - Butler service was awkward and borderline intrusive. Would have preferred to not have one. - We were disappointed in off-resort restaurants and transportation. The resort did their best to manage challenges, but it was not what we expected after being to other top properties.

First trip to this Paradise! Stunning views since you are arriving in the boat. This is the most beautiful Resort I’ve seen. The beach area feels like private. Wow on the service, food, environment and I believe the best part is the friendly staff. They take care of every single detail. A perfect getaway and we will return in the near future and bring our family to this beautiful place. World class hospitality!

This is a very special place, can see why it draws people back time and again. The private cove is very peaceful with beautiful views. The wide beach where every seat is front row, no mad dash to secure chairs. The staff is very helpful and kind. All of our meals were delicious. We can’t wait to return. Easily worth the two flights + boat ride to get there.

Little Dix was excellent. Our butlers Clement and Alson took care of our every need. We wound up loving our pickle ball lesson from Kelvin Cassius that we took a lesson every day. Kelvin was fun and knowledgeable and he pushed us in a good way! It really added to our experience at Little Dix. The spa was beautiful and the facials and massages were excellent. Both Connie and Ya Ya were incredible. If you go you, request them. You won’t be sorry! The restaurant Sugar Mill was lovely though the wine selections were limited and expensive. Our waiter Tishon was terrific! If Kelvin is there next year we will come back and do the same thing again!

Stayed in Villa Joy for over a week to start the new year in January 2024 with family of 3 generations and 9 people. Villa wasn’t ready at check in at 4pm. Butlers didn’t know what to do with us. Hectic fiasco. Had to kill 3 scorpions in the villa over the week. Villa pool wasn’t heated even though we asked about this ahead of time due to other reviews here on TA. We were assured pool would be heated. Pool was too cold to use our entire stay. Butlers were minimally involved compared to our resorts we’ve stayed at. Butlers were not dedicated to our group and seemed to always rushing off to deal with someone else. Rum tasting experience was excellent! Included breakfast was a treat for the family everyday. Private dining experience on the secret deck was a real treat. Beach drops especially Trunk Bay were amazing!! However if you get the picnic make sure to ask for extra food and beach chairs. We don’t have enough food for the family and the grandparents needed chairs. Resort/ butlers should have been able to anticipate this or said something.

We had 3 wonderful nights here! It’s a quiet, relaxing place without tvs in the room or any nightlife which was just what we needed. The entire staff from start to finish were great- especially the butlers Naru and RJ. We had great massages, played pickleball/tennis, ranged a car and went to the Baths (pretty but crowded) loved the views from Hogs, kayaked around the bag, loved the varied food for dinner in beautiful settings. We loved our beachfront cottage- literally steps from the beautiful, calm beach. We will be back!

Unlike the Rosewood Montecito and the Crillion Paris, this Resort was terrific as a RockResort, but was a TOTAL disappointment under Rosewood management. With an Indian influence that pervades everything from the annoying valets to the inedible foor and small and cold pool, it was a total mistake. We LOVE Malliouhana on Anguilla, wanted to try something different, but never again! bedbugs in the first room we were assigned, and a year ago NO COVID measures. Whatever town was there had closed down. I emailed the CEO--a fellow Harvard alum--and NEVER GOT A RESPONSE.
