Loved the historic charm of the hotel. Staff always willing to help and everyone spoke English. The breakfast buffet was complete. Would have enjoyed a greater variety of fresh fruits during a weeklong stay. Room was a comfortable size. Plenty of storage. Shower was TOO small. I am a small frame adult and there was not enough room to bend over in the shower. They should remove the bidet and enlarge the shower. They also need a shelf in the shower to set shampoo and conditioner and bar soap. The amount of hot water and water pressure were great. There is a safe and refrigerator in the room which were very helpful. Pillows were horrible. They were so hard. I did not ask for another pillow so can't say if one was available or not. Great location. Town doesn't come alive until about 7 pm.

Our trip to Montecaitini Treme was wonderful! This hotel provided wonderful food and bar service, comfortable beds and a large room for the 3 of us. The location was Excellent and their breakfast was large and delicious. We would return.

We stayed at this hotel because it was easy travelling to the places we wished to visit. Every single member of staff I spoke to was helpful and friendly especially when asking about medical help and transport strikes. The room had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable.

This is a historic hotel and provided a fine place to relax and rest between trips. The room was simple but comfortable and provided everything we needed. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was located in a part of town pleasant for walking and shopping with many restaurants but my absolute favorite meal of our one week stay was at the hotel's fine restaurant An absolute must is to take a taxi up to Montecatini Alta, which is a Medieval town perched on the mountain above Montecatini Terme. Eat at one of their restaurants, visit shops and look down at the city below.
