암바시아토리 팰리스(Ambasciatori Palace)

We stayed here in October for 3 nights. Check in was not very friendly at all. I had to ask about the parking as we had parked on the road and she said it was at another hotel when it says they have parking on site. I had to ask about breakfast, when and where it was and then we get to our room and there is no information about a wifi code. I called the receptionist and she said there isn't one, just look for the hotel's name as an option in the choices of networks. There was no restaurant open other than breakfast and I have no idea where or if there is a bar. The breakfast was good and the workers in there were friendly. Also it rained one day and we were very wet so we asked at the reception how to turn on the heat because we couldn't get it to come on and we were told there is no heat until Nov. 1st. So our jackets are soaking wet and our towels are cold and wet because the room is cold. Again no mention of this in the room, it's like they don't want to tell you anything and you'll only find out when and if you need it. The bathroom needed some hooks that weren't 10 feet away from the shower and a couple shelves to put your things on. I would never recommend this hotel.

We were here for a Cosmos tour, we stayed here two nights, it was very warm and the air conditioning was not working. We were told they were working on it! Had a group dinner here, it was horrible. Breakfast was ok, good variety. Rooms were old but ok, tiny showers. Very slippery bathroom tiles. Absolutely beautiful pool area on the roof with gorgeous view!! Best part of this hotel.

MUY MAL SERVICIO, NO NOS SUBIERON NUESTRAS MALETAS, EL CHICO DE LA RECEPCION NO FUE AMIGABLE, NOS DIJO QUE NUESTRAS MALETAS YA ESTABAN EN NUESTRO CUARTO Y NO ERA VERDAD ESTABAN EN UNA ESQUINA ABAJO EN LA RECEPCION, LAS CAMAS DURAS Y MUY INCONFORTABLES.NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL.

Perfect location both for staying in Montecatini, as well as lolacation for goint out seeing attractions in the region. Most interesting cities within an hour from hotel. Super nice staff, great breakfast, and hotel well maintained.

The room was huge, very comfortable and clean. The location is nice, close to many restaurants and also the city center. Breakfast was good enough, with some options, but not many. Staff is very friendly. I recommend

Where courtesy reigns supreme. My partner and I wanted to express a heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their kindness and for always satisfying our requests with a smile: from the breakfast personnel to the reception staff, including the lady who served us some beers in the afternoon at the bar. We do recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, staff, and proximity to the center of Montecatini Terme. The only drawback, if we can call it that way, is the air conditioning, as it cools very little.

Parts of the hotel fabulous other parts disappointedly poor! Reception staff excellent- all very helpful Maintenance staff - fabulous Food - monotonous and overcooked (meat was so bad on two evenings we couldn’t even discern what it was - 2 vegetarians on our party had cheese at most meals and the coeliac was not catered for at all she left feeling very unsafe with food availability. ) Bar staff - let the place down massively - rude, ignore customers, call them names (shouldn’t assume none of their guests speak Italian!) etc Hospitality staff ok but constantly under pressure. Hotel pool drained so not available, nothing on hotels website says this! Rooms nice, clean and spacious though Concerns that almost every room in our party was charged for ‘water from the minibar’ which no one actually took, also bar staff booking drinks to the room which we didn’t have - really spoiled the trip! No one at any time until checkout mentioned the city tax €1.40 pppn not much on the grand scheme of things but a minor irritation to have it dropped on the last night.

Ottimo hotel posizionato in centro Montecatini; personale gentile e camere molto comode. L'arredo non è modernissimo ma è tenuto tutto in ordine e in ottimo stato. Ottima colazione a buffet con vasta scelta tra dolce e salato.

Hotel che vive di Gloria passata…, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la parte esterna non è’ sicuramente un 4 stelle…Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una suite e l’aria condizionata, soprattutto nella parte dove dormiva mia figlia, non funzionava per cui, essendo giornate roventi, non abbiamo riposato bene. La colazione sia dolce che salata e’ varia, con prodotti ottimi e personale in sala molto attento e gentile. Ottima posizione.
