The small residence can accommodate a maximum of six people and boasts a parking space in the front space, a back garden, a large entrance overlooking the swimming pool, a living room with kitchenette in Vietri tiles overlooking the garden, two bedrooms, including one double room and one with two single beds, bathroom with shower cubicle and second bathroom, laundry room and furnished veranda in a large outdoor area at the back. The accommodation is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, washing machine, air conditioning system, two large underground water tanks to supply the swimming pool using a special pump. The sandy beaches are 1400 meters away, in the vicinity there are several villages and residences with swimming pool, which can be accessed for a fee. The coast is sandy, with white and very fine sand. In our structure only small / medium-sized pets (no more than 8 kg) are allowed, but, it must be said, with a supplement of 100 euros per stay. Linen and towels are not included. The parking space measures 4.30 meters in length and 2.70 meters in width.
