The villa is made to be comfortable and pleasant, elegant and lovely. All have been completely restored. Natural materials were chosen in line with the principles of biological architecture. The villa is a late nineteenth century square-based building, with 5 independent bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Ground floor: lounge with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, and a guest bedroom (accessible to wheelchairs). First floor: four bedrooms looking onto the four cardinal points.The villa has a private garden with wooden furniture. Around the pool (oval, 6m x 12m x 1.40m) the guests have sunbeds, also made in wood, with mattresses. There is a parking lot of the house (a few meters apart, one can always drive to the house to load or unload).The villa is part of a group of houses where the owners live.
