"We needed a quick and convenient hotel for an overnight visit to a medical facility outside the historic section of Spoleto. This hotel was perfect for our purposes. It met our criteria being clean, very reasonably priced and it has on-site parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is not charming but it is convenient to the autostrada if you're making a quick visit to Spoleto. They serve a typical Italian breakfast which is included in the price."

"An experience to forget. Let's start by saying that a 4-star hotel can't be without hot water... very dirty, with strands of hair and dead beetles on my carpet that had been there for 5 days. I recommend filming the room when you arrive and paying attention to every "WORK OF ART" before leaving. You might have some unpleasant surprises."

"This is a beautiful and beautifully maintained inn with a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast room, lobby (more like a living room really) and patio/garden look out on Monteluco, where the Sacred Wood of St Francis and an ancient but still operating monetary are located. Worth the hike! The palazzo is in easy walking distance of shopping and dining in Spoleto. Spoleto itself is charming and well situated for day trips and excursions. Note that you may have to wheel your luggage up and back because most cars are not allowed in this upper part of town. The bed in my room was super comfortable and the bathroom adequate. Not a modern super bath but it had all the essentials. I would return in a heartbeat."
