직원들은 훌륭한 서비스를 제공했고, 위치도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 객실은 넓고 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 다만, 객실 간 방음이 개선되었으면 좋았고, 주차 요금은 추가 비용이었습니다.

캄브릴스와 바르셀로나 사이에서 2박할 호텔을 찾고 있었는데, 이 호텔이 딱 맞았습니다. 업그레이드된 객실에 가격도 괜찮고, 아주 깨끗하고, 아침 식사도 훌륭했습니다. 다만 아쉬웠던 점은 (호텔의 잘못은 아니지만) 공원으로 가는 셔틀버스가 오지 않아서 45분을 기다린 후 결국 택시를 탔다는 것입니다. 다른 사람들도 마찬가지였습니다. 호텔 바에서 맛있는 맥주를 마실 수 있었고, 밖에 있는 맥주는 더 저렴했습니다. 노상 무료 주차도 가능했습니다.

포트아벤투라 월드를 처음 방문해서 묵었는데, 제휴 호텔이라 좋은 선택이 될 거라고 생각했습니다. 하지만 안타깝게도 꽤 실망했습니다. 정오 12시쯤 호텔에 도착했는데, 리셉션에 있는 두 직원이 우리를 빤히 쳐다보고 있었습니다. 인사도, 미소도 없이, 마치 우리가 거기에 있는 게 잘못인 것처럼 빤히 쳐다보기만 했습니다. 일찍 온 건 알지만, 체크인 시간까지 짐을 맡기고 바 또는 수영장에 갈 수 있는지 물었습니다 (환영 이메일에 그렇게 할 수 있다고 되어 있었거든요). 그러자 바로 "아니요, 모두 문을 닫았으니 오후 3시에 다시 오세요"라는 말을 들었습니다. 그래서 카페를 찾아 세 시간을 기다려야 했습니다. 짐과 가져온 생수 한 통을 들고 말이죠. 오후 2시 45분에 다시 도착했는데, 방이 준비되었음에도 불구하고 정확히 3시가 되어서야 직원이 체크인을 해 주었습니다. 이런 일은 처음이었고 정말 이상했습니다. 환영 이메일에는 체크인 시간 전에 호텔의 모든 서비스를 이용할 수 있다고 적혀 있었는데, 이는 전혀 사실이 아니었습니다. 정말 실망스러운 시작이었고, 포르투아벤투라 호텔에서의 환영은 상상도 못 했던 모습이었습니다. 체크인할 때 페라리 랜드 추가 티켓을 구매했는데, 호텔로 돌아가는 마지막 셔틀버스가 오후 9시 45분이라고 들었습니다. 픽업 장소에 오후 9시 25분에 도착했는데도 버스가 오지 않았습니다. 밤 10시까지 기다렸다가 호텔에 전화했습니다. 호텔 측에서 회사에 연락해서 위치를 확인하고 다시 연락하겠다고 했습니다. 하지만 그런 일은 전혀 없었고, 지금까지도 아무도 사과나 설명을 해주지 않았습니다. 결국 밤 10시 30분이 되어서야 공원에 발이 묶였습니다. 택시들도 모두 저녁 시간으로 떠났기 때문에, 호텔까지 45분이나 걸어서 돌아갈 수밖에 없었습니다. 사과도, 무슨 일이 있었는지에 대한 설명도 없었습니다. 추가 티켓을 구매해 달라고 요청했을 때, 마치 티켓을 팔고 싶지 않은 것처럼, 하루 종일 두 파크를 모두 방문하라고 제안하는 게 정말 이상했습니다. 그날 저녁 페라리 랜드가 늦게 오픈해서 페라리 랜드를 이용하고 다음 날 포르타벤투라 파크에서 신나게 놀고 싶다고 설명했습니다. 마지막 날 전날에도 똑같은 일이 있었습니다. 집으로 돌아가기 전 몇 시간 동안 파크를 즐기고 싶어 티켓을 사려고 했는데, 리셉션 직원은 내일 다시 오라고만 했고, 티켓을 팔았는데 유효기간이 전날로 되어 있어서 파크에 도착했을 때 실제로 작동하는지 다시 리셉션에 가야 했습니다. 직원들이 가능한 한 추가 티켓을 많이 팔려고 할 줄 알았는데! 포르타벤투라 여행이 처음이라 포르타벤투라 호텔에 묵는 것이 최선의 선택이고 최고의 경험을 선사할 거라고 생각했습니다. 하지만 안타깝게도 호텔 빌라 센트럴은 그렇지 않았습니다. 방은 정말 좋았어요

빌라 세카 중심부에 위치해 있으며, 여러 레스토랑과 가깝습니다. 객실은 좋았고 침대도 매우 편안했습니다. 아쉽게도 리셉션 직원은 친절하지 않았고, 리셉션에서 기다리는 동안 밖에서 계속 흡연을 하려고 했습니다. 화장실을 포함한 욕실은 제대로 청소되지 않았고, 손 세정제도 없었습니다. 엘리베이터는 매우 붐비고 느렸습니다. 호텔 레스토랑은 이용하지 않았습니다.

음. 어디서부터 시작해야 할지 모르겠네요. 체크인할 때 레스토랑, 바, 카페는 모두 개인 파티에 빌려준다고 해서 없다고 하더군요. 음료는 자판기로만 주문할 수 있었습니다. 바는 2000년부터 운영될지도 모르지만, 운이 좋으면 가능할 겁니다. 좋은 점은 가성비 좋은 로컬 레스토랑이 여러 곳 있다는 겁니다. 객실은 괜찮았지만, 문이 연결되어 있어서 옆방에서 체크인할 때 소음 차단에 전혀 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 가장 큰 장점은 프런트 데스크에서 호텔의 "조용한" 방으로 바꿔줬다는 겁니다. 훨씬 좋은 방이었지만… 모든 방이 대강당으로 연결되어 있습니다. 이전 여행객들이 지적했듯이, 방 때문에 매우 시끄러워집니다. 22시 30분부터 23시 15분까지는 정신없습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았습니다. 25세 미만이고 클럽에 가서 호텔 서비스에 전혀 문제가 없다면 좋은 호텔입니다. 그 외에는 피하세요…

We just had a 3 night stay with my wife and kids, with the goal to be close to PortAventura. In this aspect the hotel was good. I also want to mention the swimming pool area was great! It is also in close walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery store and a great ice cream place. However all the positives end there. The hotel is in need of a refresh, the rooms are tired and old. There were light switches that were broken, one of our rooms the shower had mold in the cocking, one bathroom door when shut was very difficult to open and would make a very loud noise. On top of this, there was also some festival in the area, which would have been nice to be warned about by the reception when we checked in. One night there was music playing until 3:30-4AM! Normally that’s not an issue, if the hotel had good windows! But unfortunately we could hear the music very loud in our rooms… I mean we could even hear a rooster in the mornings which shows the windows are not good. I am a ALL member, which normally any money spent within the hotel is counted to my points… however for some reason the hotel tried to tell me that the restaurant and pool drinks/snacks are not part of the hotel and thus would not count…? I’ve never heard that before and is really against the point of the membership in my opinion. This also meant you cannot charge anything to your room.. not so nice to have to carry around cash or credit cards when your going to the pool for example. The breakfast is pretty good, however the restaurant is terrible. It’s of good value yes, but to us it felt like it was reheated dishes in the oven or microwave. It really was not good. I strongly recommend going to one of the restaurants in walking distance which are fantastic (the tapas one just up the street to the right is amazing). I do want to highlight however the staff in the restaurant were great, very friendly and playful with our kids. The WiFi is terrible as well.. forget about watching Netflix or anything like that. Overall we were really not satisfied.

1 night stay en route to our destination in Southern Spain. Really comfortable stay. We were in a penthouse suite on 8th floor which was clean, spacious and well presented. Pool was ok for us but too few sunbeds if many more people had been around pool area. Staff polite and friendly. Food (breakfast only) was really good with a good selection. Would not necessarily recommend for a family holiday as a bit far from coast but perfect for couples.

I would not recommend this hotel to any english tourists, for starters all the staff had little to no english so communication was a zero, this is not a stone throw away from the beach its about at 10/15minute drive into the centre of Salou, taxi's were 15€ there and 15€ back, rooms were extremely out dated and not sound proof at all!! There was free transfers available in the morning and so they say in the evening back to the hotel me and my partner waited 30mins in Salou for our transfer back to the hotel for them not to show up! Breakfast in the hotel was horrible and 10€ per person! It is all Spanish food. Dinner you have to book at reception the night before and cant eat until 8pm onwards not a great selection on meals either! The bar was ok but again the english barrier was a problem so staff didn't understand us very well To use the indoor pool and jacuzzi was a charge of 8€ Per Person! We stayed in a standard double room, firstly there was rubbish left under the curtains, there was a tear in the bedsheets, there was also a musty smell the the room, Outdoor pool was okay size but there was only around 7 sun beds which were always taken by 8 in the morning. I personally will not be returning to this hotel and would recommend any tourist's looking to stay in Salou to stay in the centre as Salou its self is great!

Nice stay with friends. Hotel is noisy, breakfast could be improved. The studio room is not well thought, the sofa bed is in the middle of the room, difficult to move around. Bathroom is fine, large but a little bit dated. Swimming pool is nice and the staff are nice
