I received a rude and arrogant response from the property owner. We arrived in the morning at 10:00 a.m. and went downstairs for breakfast, which was meager and poorly prepared. I asked for further information and promptly received an unclear and rude response. They informed us that the room had to be vacated urgently that morning (by 10:00 a.m.), an absurd request, given that I had agreed over the phone that I wanted a full stay, including breakfast and use of the pool for the day after my arrival. According to the owner's terms, if you can call them that, we could only use the pool by 12:00 p.m., and he was always rudely informed of this. Remaining calm, I decided to pack my things and leave, promising myself I'd never return. I absolutely do not recommend this facility as you are dealing with very arrogant and unprofessional staff."
