Excellent location. Underground 5 min walk. Clean, large rooms and helpful staff. Walking distance to St Stephen's cathedral and shopping centre. Plenty of eating options when you return in the evening. Will definitely stay again if we visit Vienna again.

Don't make the mistake of coming here! The rooms don't look anything of what they show on their website! Old and dirty! Worst experience ever!! Bad service, uncomfortable lobby, nobody cared about our problems, clearly not worth the money. Also the cleaning lady ate my cookies from the room. Had to wait over an hour to check in…

It was a nice hotel. The room was big with comfortable beds and a living room. The bathroom was excellent. It was always clean and the facilities were amazing. The location was the best one we could find. It was 15 minutes away from the center. The people who worked there were really friendly.

The hotel has been renovated and the below pictures are not accurate! The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and made us so welcome! The hotel is in a great location with brilliant transport links. I would recommend the hotel if you a looking for reasonably priced city break!

1. Cheap - you can feel it everywhere in the room. The rest room is very bad in lots of ways. For example if you want to use kettle you have to put it on the ground :)) *dirty as f ground 2. Very unclean - the dirt on the bottom / top shelves of the ‘wardrobe’, the dirt under the table - yayks. Did not wonder to walk in the room barefoot 3. Safety - on our day to leave we asked to save our bags as we had some time till flight (note that checkout is at 11am and check in only at 4pm). When we came back for our stuff no receptionist was in the lobby. We waited 15 minutes and then realized maybe we can open the doors to the room with everybody’s luggages ourselves - yup, the door wasn’t locked. So basically anyone could come and take anything they want keeping in mind that lobby was absolutely empty for 15 minutes in our eyes, not sure how long before and after we’e left

Over all the stuff was rude and unfriendly to us, except one lady that was kind and friendly, during our vacations there. Also, the breakfast was very poor as there were not many options. Also there was an incident during my state there. I had bought some chocolates and i placed them inside the room’s fridge. To that fridge the only people had access was the residents of the room and the cleaning lady. Neither my friends or I took any chocolate from the fridge during our stay there. At 11 was the check-out and at 13:30 i called the hotel to INFORM them that i forgot the chocolate box in the fridge and that i will come later on that day to collect it as well as my luggage. I was 100% sure that the chocolates were in the fridge after the check-out. When we got back to the hotel to collect our luggage and the chocolate box, the cleaner lady was there and the receptionist ask her about the chocolate box, the lady rudely replied that there were no chocolates and that we left our room in an unacceptable condition as well as convicted as that we had break the shower’s curtain. When we checked-in the hotel there was the same cleaning lady inside the room to prepare it so she knew about the curtain that was already broken. Furthermore, the room was for 3 residence but they only provide 2 sets of towels an there was no in-line telephone to call reception so we had to call them from our personal mobile phones and they were always rude and told us to come downstairs to give to us an other set of towels. For the chocolate box an other person of stuff was involved and was very rude to me and he hat a very ironic attitude toward us. He was trying to convict me that i was lying and that i was doing that on purpose to make them look like they steal them. I found that very disrespective toward me as i felt like he was trying to make me feel stupid.

Had a horrible check-in experience which took nearly 2hours until we got the keys to the rooms. The staff at the front desk was rude and unfriendly, not willing to be helpful whatsoever and moving very slowly making the check-in experience very frustrating. We've been asked to pay a 50 euro/per room deposit fee on top of the room price, (which was about 44 euros anyway) to cover potential damage and fridge snacks and drinks. However, this is NOT written anywhere on *********** or on their website or their confirmation email and we were not made aware of it in advance. If we would have known that there's an extra 50 euros to pay, we would have directly chosen a different hotel. As we were at the end of the trip, we did not want or have the extra money to cover the deposit so they asked for ID's as an alternative. Even though we agreed to give the ID's to the receptionist, we expected that they will take a copy of the ID's and hand them back to us. They were unreasonably rude when asked for the ID's back. They said they needed to hold 2 or 3 ID/passports per room, so for each person. Not being reasonable whatsoever, we needed those id's for entrance and identification in any other public places (because Covid..) There were towels missing in one of the rooms and when reported to the front desk lady she looked at us saying 'It is not possible, I checked them myself. They are there.' even though they were nowhere to find and that was just 10 min after checking in. I would not recommend this hotel and their services to anyone as for us, a group of 11 people (families) they completely managed to create a horrible experience. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Abbiamo trovato x caso questo hotel, consigliato da un cameriere italiano di un altro hotel in zona ... posizionato in punto strategico per raggiungere il centro storico e il Prater, un benzinaio, la metro e l'autostrada Situato in zona silenziosa, tranquilla e pulita Vi abbiamo soggiornato in tre nelle notti del 29 e 30 aprile Prezzo idoneo ... colazione a parte euro 10.00 cad Noi l'abbiamo fatta fuori (a pochi metri c'è un fornaio... OTTIMO!) Cuscini morbidi e comodi, tende oscuranti PULITE e vetri coperti da tendine PULITE! sacco piumone caldo e morbido. TV enorme di fronte al letto Bagno con vasca e doccia PULITO
