로칸다 카바넬라(Locanda Cavanella)

This room is exactly as advertised. It is perfectly located. No one attends the desk but questions are immediately responded to by email. Check in and check out we’re seamless . The room was immaculate. The windows/shutters we couldn’t figure out how to open so the room was very dark w/o the lights on. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely stay in Venice, we were there for one night and this hotel has a great location, nothing was too far away. Staff member who I cannot remember her name, sorry, she was brilliant, helped us when we arrived early and let us store our luggage after check out, very friendly. Room was lovely and clean, seemed to be a little issue with the shower leaking out and damaging the woodwork but other than that lovely room and perfect for a 1 night stay.

I opted for Locanda Cavanella as accommodation in Venice is expensive and I didn't need anything fancy. It looked like a great location at a price I could afford so I went for it. I am pleased I did as it was clean and comfortable and the location was indeed great. If you don't need a breakfast provided and don't need a manned reception desk then this place is great. Anna was available by phone and responded to me quickly when I walked past the WiFi code! As a downside the shower was very small and it was noisy when people came and went, it seemed the sound proofing is not great. I enjoyed my stay here.

Our flights got cancelled due to industrial action so we were forced to check into a hotel. We chose this hotel because of its reasonable price for a single night. First off, everything seems to be done virtually as no one is manning the reception. We had to send the passports photos over email to the manager. Secondly, neither the manager no any staff member speaks pro-factory english to be able to help. The correspondence over the email with the manager read like a google translate response and the manager was not accommodating. Thirdly, the cleaner was quite nosy as she was asking questions that she really none of her business and she aught to be asking the manager instead of the guests. Overall, the customer service was POOR! Now to the room itself. The room was actually quite decent. The only problem was that the toilet has something wrong with it when you flash it- the water keeps flowing down without stopping which makes ALOT of noise especially during the night- the fix is to flash it again! Also the door to the room did not lock from the inside or outside even though it locks! What is the point of the key then???

Clean and good location

Had a very lovely stay here with my two daughters, The room was very nicely decorated and a nice size for the three of us. Very close to the square and the river buses. Lots of places to eat nearby. Great place to stay

Nice and clean hotel.

Un hotel muy acogedor, reciclado a nuevo, con habitaciones amplias y muy limpio. La ubicación es inmejorable! Súper recomendable! Sin dudas

Molto buono il fatto di avere una smart TV in camera, pulizia buona, posizione eccellente. Qualche dettaglio fuori posto, ma nel complesso una bella stanza con tutti i confort necessari. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti
