Excellent lake view from the room. Check-in & checkout services were very smooth. The location of the stay is also very easy to access. The food service service was also great. However. They also have a great swimming pool.

I had booked this hotel for a short business trip, and the reason for doing so was its location which is bang opposite the Ashatmudi lake. I arrived around 19 hours in the evening and was given a room on ground floor, this room was not having a proper view of the lake, the AC was old and not working nor was the intercom. I complained to the receptionist after which he upgraded me to a premium room. There was a huge difference between the earlier room and this premium room, which appears to be recently renovated. The food was tasty however could not eat the breakfast as had to leave early. On my return in the afternoon I was greeted by one senior lady staff who enquired about inconvenience caused earlier, and understood my concern, this to me is needed or else I could have made a negative impression of the staff. I also has sadhya at their roof top restuarant which was very tasty. The hotel can arrange a boat ride since they own one..Please ensure that you book the premium rooms

Good luxurious property but currently under renovation and may be fully ready for a grand vacations They do have houseboats for backwater ride. They have standard, deluxe, Premium & suite rooms which are very very spacious than other hotels The staff are very humble to care their guest always

It’s a amazing stay I got from here I stay only one day but it was Awsome. I spend only 1600 and it’s amazing all staffs are verry friendly I was littile late to check in and I got a call from them and I reach there from the entrance I got a wonderful service from the security first impression is Awsome from that time until my checked out time that impression was same. And the food it’s Awsome it’s delicious . And the view from my room superb I can’t believe this room cost only 1500 how ever I’m verry happy to stay there

The pictures posted to advertise this place and rating as 4-star was deceiving. We booked deluxe rooms, on entry the reception area was dark, no proper lighting and looked like we walked into haunted place. On entry to room, all I can smell was cigarettes smoke, room was unkempt, the walls were filthy, peeling of wallpapers or paint, stained chairs, flickering light in the toilet, chipped cups etc.. List gets bigger and bigger, I don't want to waste any further time with a review for this hotel anymore. There is nothing positive to talk about this place. Less staff and not maintained at all. Will never ever come back to this place again. As our stay was nightmare, we didn't move into different place as we were staying only one night and we were out all day. So, to avoid further stress into out travel, we just went to this place to sleep & left.

Very good and interesting trip. I enjoyed a lot. lots of mind refreshing natural beauty. They will arrange a small outside trip if willing. Clean environment and good service from staff. Everyone can enjoy here.

Front office staffs was very cold….No pleasantries and very intimating….Especially Girish…. Rooms are old, not maintained…. Food is mediocre….Especially the breakfast, the food tasted cooked in reused oil….Felt sick after it…. The best thing is the view of the Ashtamudi Lake from the rooms…It is picturesque and very mesmerising. The housekeeping staffs are very helpful….Also the waiting staffs at the restaurant are so humble and very pleasant. Also need to mention, the security officer, a retired Superintendent of police was so helpful
