테미스 비치 호텔(Themis Beach Hotel)

The worst hotel ever!!!!! Not even 2star. It says 4 star hotel and you expect the equivalent service. Hardly smiling receptionists, no Wi-Fi in the entire hotel and with the restrictions in roaming through Europe made it difficult for me to work. Now Aircondition appliance but some sort of old fashion thing with a plastic container under it and water was dripping. Breakfast was average. You had to pay for the sun-beds on the beach with the excuse that the beach belongs to the municipality and lots of locals visit it. Charge the locals. Find a way for your guests who pay 200 euro per day to use them for free. It’s not the 7 euro a set it’s just not not reasonable. Old deteriorated towels, smelly sheets, small rooms. There was a mosquito dead on the wall and no one bothered to clean it. Beds are so hard that I woke up every morning having all my body aching. The hotel itself is old fashion, reminded me the 80s, old furniture in the corridors. It’s a big no for me and I regret giving my money.

Very nice resort with modern designed rooms and nice beach, the pools are also beautiful. The resort looks amazing in the evening time with lightening. The garden is well kept and beautiful. We enjoyed much and just relaxed all day at the beach and don’t want to leave the hotel as there is everything here. Spa was nice, we tried some of a la cart restaurants and food in main restaurant was also good. Evening program is good and every night is different. Definitely good value for money.

NOUS AVONS PASSE UNE SEMAINE A L HOTEL THEMIS BEACHE. LE PERSONNEL SUPER SYMPA, mais avons rencontré un grand souci. la chambre (qui était très propre) était déjà occupée par des blattes et cafards et au niveau de la salle de bains. Véritable pataugeoire. nous en avons informé de suite la réception, mais la personne ne parlait pas du tout le français, donc avons réitéré notre réclamation le lendemain, là on a pris notre numéro de chambre (vu que la personne parlait le français), mais rien n'a été résolu jusqu'à notre départ. DOMMAGE. ça nous a déçu, car on nous a vendu du rêve qu'on a eu du mal à trouver. Et au niveau animation on l'a beaucoup cherché, mais pas trouvé. Même la personne qui proposait les excursions était vraiment là pour VENDRE et pas très sympa ni souriante, limite froide. HEUREUSEMENT QUE LE PERSONNEL ALLANT DES PERSONNES QUI FONT LE MENAGE AU CUISINIER SONT SOURIANTS.

Just had the best getaway break found this gem of a place Themis beach hotel. The staff really looked after me. George at breakfast. Manos at the bar. Best zombie cocktail ever. Kiki and Sophia on the beach. Absolutely stunning service with a smile. I now consider them as friends oh and Kiki make sure you order a frappe. Absolutely amazing

We received a lovely warm welcome from Dimitris on the very first night! Throughout our stay, we were always met with a smile 😃 from Dimitris, Filial, Rudin and Kiki. Thanks for making our stay so nice. Lovely hotel, lovely beach area! Gorge, thank you also! We were well looked after and should we visit Heraklion again, we would consider staying with you again. Only one gripe, you need to update the WiFi throughout the Hotel.

We've spent 10 beautiful days in Crete, returning to Kokkini Hani enjoying the sun&sea we've experienced a year ago. The Beach Bar of Themis is pretty close to the shore and also the hotel to jump in for a cocktail or frappé anytime! But the kindness and helpful-attitude of Kiki what makes them on top of my list! Without your support, our holiday would end much sooner and would have a much more stressful-one that we've deserved! ;) Thanks for every moments, see you next year again! Thank you Kiki!

Good localization. Good rooms for a 4 stars hotel. Good room service. Great animation team. Tennis court But: reception service could be better Wi-Fi very bad, bad indeed. Towels beach: you need to pay and only in Cash! This was the first time that we need to pay for this service on many years trevelling. One day they didn t have any towels available. Room safe: with a key and you need to pay too. We pay 13 euros for a week Beach: good . but it is not a private beach anyone can go there. For us it wasn t a problem at all. But it isn't a private beach. Beach umbrellas you need to pay 7 euros per day. At the pool they are free Pool: good . but there is only one for adults and a small one for Kids. Food: overall good Breakfast: they have an early Light breakfast service what it is very good if you go to a very early excursion. Top service! Normal.Breakfast time: 7am to 10 am. Dinner tIme: between 7 pm to 9 pm. 9 PM it is too early. Should close at least at 10 pm. We went on two one day excursions so we miss twice the dinner that we have paid for. And we were 4.

This hotel is not worth being a 4 star hotel. The rooms are to small when the double sofa bed has unfold you cant open the refridgerator. So you can hardly walk to the balcony. Reception said this is our best rooms. The bathroom with fungus and outdated. The location is perfect and that was the only good thing. The food is dripping in oil. It was almost every night the same. No explanation what the food is. When you dont eat at 7pm the food is cold lots of times tasteless. Cook prepares eggs or meat then piles it up in non heated tray. We got sick for 2 days.. there is a beach bar that is of the hotel but still you have to pay. So if you booked all inclusive ... this hotel does not knows the meaning of all inclusive. There is no space for your clothes or suitcases in a room for 3 to 4 persons.

I recommend the place! We were this year at the turn of June and July, a larger group of people. Great hotel, delicious food, something for everyone. Hotel service great, everyone is nice. The restaurant manager cheers everyone up, the restaurant service is delightful ... There will also be animations for the youngest and adults. You can play volleyball, billiards, table tennis, tennis, balls ... There are bars for guests, beach, pool and reception. They serve very good and strong drinks, which some may enjoy. Lovely bartenders, especially Manos and Kiki, we greet them warmly 😘😘😘
