"I by mistakenly booked for another date and wanted to modify the booking dates, called 100's of times to the property but no one picked up my calls. then I contact MMT they put me on hold and checked with the property and team lied to me that we are unable to change the dates and the hotel is sold out now but when I checked on mmt and other site all three variants of the rooms were available. one of my colleague even had to rush to the property and check if we can get the refund or to get the different dates for check in but no one helped us. at last we didn't check in also not even we received any refund. we didn't receive even any other dates we received no help from the hotel staff. it was a terrible experience and we had booked suit room and all the money got wasted more than the people are terrible and not good people. no help received bad experience "

"Poor hygiene, food is tasteless. Fungus and dead frogs in swimming pool. They don't have geyser for hot water. Food is very third class. Reception guy is very rude and didn't answer questions. Please don't visit this restaurant and waste your money where it doesn't worth it."

"They should drop the word international from their hotel name. Very very misleading. Completely unhigenic, broken bathrooms, dirty bedsheets, towels. Big time cheaters, they charged me for a water bottle which i never ordered and made me forcefully pay it as they had generated the bill. Misers are running this hotel they couldn't even serve complementary breakfast properly."

Ordering food was hassle-free, they have an in-house restaurant as well and the staff—from housekeeping to the reception—were extremely supportive and courteous.
