May 17th - 31st This was my 8th time staying here I believe and it certainly did not disappoint. The WIFI internet was decent and available all around the resort! The food was good and acceptable. Ice cream and desserts were the best. The hamburgers were a pleasant surprise with their local condiments! The late night sports bar and grill was the place to be. Air conditioned room with sports tv, pool tables, drinks, and a grill. As long as one visits Varadero to have fun, nobody will be disappointed. It's a utopia, that's all there is to it! Please upgrade and renovate the bathrooms! A bus is available for free to go to Varadero city on a daily basis, multiple times. The people are approachable and helpful, very lovely people. The food is diverse, meat and veggies. Tasty vegetables and fruits.

the weather was incredible,sunshine all week long,the mattress was really bad but thank god ana teresita (public relation) was there coz after i complain about it,she found me a better room and a good mattress,thanks ana teresita for your good service,she is a really nice lady.the beach is incredible...long and wide and clean.for the food...its cuba but you always find something to eat.my maid was great too but i forgot her name,juan carlos (luggage) and felix (doormen) are really nice people.i will go back again

Fue una experiencia distinta, siempre viajo en familia pero esta vez decidí ir a descansar y estar con mi pareja a solas, lo que se me hizo un poco difícil debido a distintos episodios vividos en el hotel. en cuanto al servicio de las camareras y dependientas muy bueno, realmente se esfuerzan por hablar con los clientes y hacerlos sentir en familia, la limpieza todo bastante bien , pero debo decir q en cuanto a la comida deja mucho q desear, la mayoría de las veces frías, sin aliños para condimentar ensaladas o verduras, los jugos calientes y sin azúcar, no hubo un día w hubiera una mantequilla, mayonesa, o cualquier otra salsa para acompañar la comida o el desayuno . No existe un pequeño horno para calentar una tostada o un pedazo de pan , La presentación pésima, si soy sincera no hubo un dia que comiéramos bien y eso se debe fundamentalmente a la poca gestión por parte de los directivos, la supervisión bastante superficial y la justificación con todos los problemas q hay ahora mismo en Cuba. Servir un plato caliente o un jugo frío va más allá de la escasez q pueda haber. El servicio de toallas para piscina prácticamente no funciona, estuvimos esperando todo el día para poder sacar las toallas y poder bañarnos , cuando dimos la queja enseguida aparecieron las toallas , Desafortunadamente tienden a justificar lo mal hecho con todos los problemas económicos q hay y que todos conocemos. Pagas por un hotel catalogado 4 estrellas y recibes servicio de 2 estrellas a mucho dar .
