Hotel Tuxpan Varadero

El hotel muy bonito, muy grande, con actividades para todo el día. bares, cafeterías, comida las 24hrs todo incluido, gran variedas de comidas tipo buffet, shows nocturnos increíble. Los empleados fueron como una familia más para nosotros Y lo mejor!!! La música!!! Con muchos artistas tocando música en vivo en cualquier momento sin duda fue lo mejor!!!!

Muy buen servicio . Todo el personal muy amable . La playa súper bonita , limpia tranquila .. la comida y todo en general muy bien . 👍🏻

En fait cet hotel a du être un bel établissement il y a bien longtemps, mais il est dans son jus,, pas entretenu, pas renové, les ouvertures aluminium sont si vétustes qu'on ne peut les ouvrir .. les rideaux pas lavés,,, tout est vetuste,,, le pire c est le restaurant,, les pauvres cuisiniers font ce qu'ils peuvent avec ce qu'ils ont, ils tournent toujours avec les memes ingredients,, pas de pain, pas de gateaux, il n y a quasiment rien,,, par contre le personnel est gentil, la piscine est bien nettoyée , espaces verts entretenus, belle plage,,, on sent qu'il y a de grandes difficultés à maintenir cet hotel , c est dommage, c est noté 4 étoiles pour moi c est un plus un 2 ou 3 etoiles pour être gentil ....

El hotel está bien, con los efectos de la vejez, como por ejemplo el control del aire acondicionado en algunas habitaciones no trabaja, la comida no es variada, pero aceptable de acuerdo a la situación del país, lo que es en verdad molesto, es que no hay aire acondicionado en el hotel, excepto en las habitaciones y en el restaurante, en pleno verano la temperatura vuelve agobiante el ambiente. Todo el personal se desvive por atenderte, muy amables y muy serviciales, la sra que atiene calidad, muy preocupada y muy receptiva, y dispuesta a resolver cosas. Realmente si en algún momento algo me hizo olvidarme del calor fue el trato de todos ello.

Tuxpan hotel has huge green territory with many places to chill and take photos. Beach line is clean and well protected by security guards. Food was good enough, every evening was meat and seafood, vegetables and fruits. Staff are friendly and fix little troubles very fast. Evening dance and singing show by Tropigala ballet was awesome!!! Thank you for hospitality dear Tuxpan team!

Please do not waste your money rather pay extra £50-60 and go to a decent hotel Receptionist useless , we have arrived at 1pm and check in is at 3pm they would not let us enjoy a pool even though didn’t expect to have a lunch if that was their problem We had to go out of the hotel to for couple of hours before they could check us in Horrible service ! I’m travelling a lot but this have never happened to me Anyway .. after check in at 3 pm room wasn’t ready until 4pm So we went to sit by the pool where they told us that they have no soft drinks at all and there isn’t water running They didn’t have even bottled water for my daughter for drinking , we were fine as the only drink they had was a beer So imagine no water , you can’t flash the toilet either Terrible terrible terrible Please avoid if you can !!!
