It was my partners and myself first time down south and I am so glad we picked Cuba and this resort! They did not disappoint. We got in late into the evening and while checking in they upgraded us to the bungalows. Our room was nice and clean and house keeping kept up on everything. The food was pretty good, I am super fussy but I had meals everyday, and the ice cream was very yummy. Now let me tell you about the beach, it was something words can not describe, the white sand and clear clean water made each day so enjoyable. Last but not least the people of Cuba, this is what truely made the trip. I’ve never in my life met such grateful and happy people. There kindness does not go unnoticed and they all could teach us a lesson to be grateful for what we have and to be happy. A few people stood out to me at this resort, there was a girl who works where you get towels for the pool, Dailyn was her name, she was amazing and made you feel right at home, Jania who works at guest services who I became friends with. She is a lovely person, Roberto who worked in at the buffet who I miss terribly and wanted to take him back to Canada with me. He touched my heart, Gooseman who worked on the beach sailing the catamaran was another amazing local who you must meet, he took us snorkeling and showed us the beautiful ocean and last but not least we had a private tour of Havanna (which was cheaper then the sunwing excursion) with a man named Toni, this man took a little piece of my heart and is now friends with my partner and I. Toni showed us the real Cuba and educated us on a lot. He deserves nothing but great things in his life for him and his family. When I think of Cuba he will always come to mind because his kindess and hospitality was out of this world. There was lots of other great people we did meet, these people just stood out. The beauty they hold within them made for a wonderful trip. If you decide to visit Cuba this resort will not dissapoint and the locals you will meet will become life long friends❤️❤️

A bus is available for free to go to Varadero city on a daily basis, multiple times. The people are approachable and helpful, very lovely people. The food is diverse, meat and veggies. Tasty vegetables and fruits.

Океан и пляж сказка 😍 Сначала о хорошем: территория шикарная. Отдельное спасибо Элизеру и Сенин. Очень грамотные менеджеры, говорят на русском неплохо, помогают в «нерешаемых» вопросах, и в целом очень теплые остались от них впечатления. Вкусное мороженое и коктейли, в зависимости от сезона дают рыбу и морепродукты. Февраль - не сезон оказался. Рыба была, но не супер часто. Гриль зона- очень неплохое мясо. И говядина и свинина и курица. Ананасы и папайя. Конечно океан !!!! Самый большой плюс. Ради чего и летели 14 часов. Прошли весь берег - наша часть пляжа оказалась самой лучшей на наш взгляд. Широкий берег, шезлонги не стоят друг на дружке. Тихо. Теперь о негативном))) Сначала заселили в бунгало (южная часть отеля). Темно, влажно, плохо работал кондиционер, уборка плохая. Учитывая, что оставляли шоколадки и деньги- не очень. Полы в ванной не мыли вообще. Один день забрали полотенце и совсем … вообще… никакие… не принесли. Ни для рук, ни для ног. Попросили переселись нас в главный корпус ближе к океану. Там ситуация полностью поменялась. На кровати - слоники, летели и кораблики. 9!!! Полотенец на двоих. Хотя в бунгало было 4 ( как похоже оказалось полотенце для ног нам дали в качестве основного в бунгало). Чисто, светло, хороший кондиционер и вид на бассейн и океан. Теперь советы : - если Вам что то не дали, требуйте и просите. Скорее всего забудут, надо напоминать. - берите с собой полотенце (хотя бы маленькое).Ибо на пляж нам выдавали полотенце 2 дня. - можно взять свою кружку, но одноразовые стаканы при нас выкидывали. - берите много крема от загара. Сгорели в первые дни. - самый сезон с июня до ноября. Декабрь - март ветра могут быть сильные. Идеальный месяц- октябрь - оставляйте чаевые. Шоколадки, лекарства примитивные (но-шпа, парацетамол, спазган) местные будут рады, а нам не трудно В целом, исключая момент переселения и проблем с полотенцем, все было отлично. 👍

Lo primero a destacar es el servicio por parte de los trabajadores que ha sido excelente, y muy en especial el de las cámaras y mayordomos. May 17th - 31st This was my 8th time staying here I believe and it certainly did not disappoint. The WIFI internet was decent and available all around the resort! The food was good and acceptable. Ice cream and desserts were the best. The hamburgers were a pleasant surprise with their local condiments! The late night sports bar and grill was the place to be. Air conditioned room with sports tv, pool tables, drinks, and a grill. As long as one visits Varadero to have fun, nobody will be disappointed. It's a utopia, that's all there is to it! Please upgrade and renovate the bathrooms! Tips: - Bring your own toilet paper, candy, sauces, condiments, foaming hand soap, bathtub and shower cleanser, scrub pads, soap bars, razors, shaving foam, - Take a visit to the International bank downtown Varadero to exchange CDN or US dollars into Pesos. Easier to spend with tipping and local restaurants with Pesos. Both have both currencies just in case. - Repeat guests: ask for an extension in your room past check-out time if you need. It should be free if you are a repeat guest.
