Nice view, but the hotel is a little tired, as tired as the city itself. Wi-Fi works poorly, the Internet is constantly interrupted. The breakfast is delicious, thanks for the welcome drink.

Tolle Lage inmitten des bunten Stadtviertels Cerro Alegre. Trotzdem kommt man gut in zu Fuss an die Hauptstrasse und kann dort Busse etc nutzen. Das Zimmer war modern und geräumig und hatte eine grossartige Aussicht über den Hafen und die Küste. Das Bett war angenehm und die Bettwäsche und Handtücher frisch und sauber. Das Bad war hygienisch und der Service gut. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und auch hier ist ein toller Blick auf der Terasse zu geniessen. Das Restaurant bietet ebenfalls leckere Gerichte an.

We adored this boutique hotel. It was located in one of the areas with lots of murals which made it great fun to walk around the hotel, and also next door were some excellent restaurants. The view over the water and the hills was gorgeous. Staff was helpful and friendly and most accommodating. My room was on the top floor which I preferred for the gorgeous views while my son's was on the second floor. His view was also very good, just not quite as expansive as mine. Breakfast was served outdoors which was so pleasant in a beautiful garden type area. Breakfast was very good; we all three enjoyed it a lot. There is not a lift which did not matter for us and I would not recommend wearing high heels on the stairs. Highly recommended. So glad I chose this area and this hotel.

Great location, very nice staff. A bit noisy at night (port construction and fork lifts) but to be expected (view is spectacular!) due to proximity to port. Great spot to walk to oldest funicular in the city, very close. Lovely restaurants and boutiques in the neighborhood. Tasty breakfast included. Safe, locked parking for a car if you have one (well worth the $15 per day). No need for a car once in Valpo, Uber easy, central spot for walking and exploring from the hotel. All in all a very enjoyable stay at a great value. Highly recommend.

Excellent accommodation, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Their localization is great, in the heart of the touristical area, with a awesome view. The rooms are amazing, the service is very organized, and, more important, it is very good for the price.

This is an excellent little hotel. The location is just about the best in Valparaiso and our room had an amazing view of the bay. The guys who run it go out of their way to be welcoming and friendly. Even as far as reminding us about breakfast and offering to bring it to our room. If you’re visiting at a busy time, it would be a good idea to let them know at the time of booking that you will require parking. We didn’t, but they helpfully made space for us at last minute.

Beautiful boutique hotel with friendly staff, great views and lovely little breakfast with a view on the terrace. Room was very clean and comfortable with stunning sea views but would say as we were in the room near reception it was a little noisy at times during our stay. Would definitely return but would try and get one of the rooms higher up. Parking available on street directly across from the hotel for a small fee of about £7.

It's alright, but could be cleaner. Parking inside costs extra. Waiter took cash tip and charged the amount with top to my credit card.
