A very friendly guest house with a nice room. Very little noise from the quiet road outside. Breakfast was delicious… a buffet of cereals, fruits, toast and yogurt. And a selection of hot meals cooked fresh… full English, loaded croissants, avocado toast, and pain perdu. Easy to reach town, takes just 10 minutes, but quite steep in parts so bring comfy trainers.

Had a great stay. Very comfy and quiet room. Big room. The staff are very helpful. Special thanks to the receptionist from Portugal/Venezuela. Very friendly and professional. A walk down a few streets and you are in the busy town center with great shops and restaurants.

The staff were all very friendly, but a special mention must be made to Mayor and Veronica, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was super clean and the bedlinen was fresh and changed frequently. The breakfast was food was excellent and the service efficient and welcoming. Fabulous guest house, just a 10 minute walk from the centre of St Peters Port. Room clean and very comfortable. En-suite also clean and shower hot. Excellent breakfast with selection of cereals and juice to help yourself to and a cooked breakfast made to order. Lots of toast and tea. Staff friendly and helpful. Packed breakfast made for us two days when we needed an early start. We stayed for a week and consider this guest house very good value.

Completely shocked by the way I have been treated. When I booked via booking com I reserved 2 guesthouses. Was unable to travel due to very severe illness,( brain hemorrhage) gave 5wks notice & they took full payment day before was meant to go. They both stated cancel FOC. Was not charged by other property. The money in my account was to pay my bills & food shopping. Phoned & emailed & they basically don't care, will not refund me or offered to use the money against future dates due to my circumstances. Would understand if they charged me a canx fee, very disappointed & angry

Obwohl ausgebucht, hatte ich einen ruhigen Aufenthalt. Sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Enges und verwinkeltes Haus, wo es nichts weiter gibt. Ein Pub in 50m, sonst ruhiges Quartier. Konnte mein Gepäck abgeben.
