"The atmosphere is really cool, the pools are really good, there are activities for kids, it was really cool. But don't wait too long, it's simple. I got the full board package, nice breakfast, but there were few options for lunch and dinner. You order a dish and they deliver it right away, a good quantity, but no variety. I booked through the center on 0800 and was informed that lunch started at 11am and ended at 4pm. When I got there at 2:40pm, my family and I were left without lunch, because lunch was from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. In other words, the center says one thing and the hotel says another. I bought it thinking that I would have lunch on arrival and departure, but they didn't allow it or do anything to compensate for the mistake made by the customer service center, who stated more than once that we could have lunch on arrival and departure. Apart from this setback, it is worth highlighting the kindness of the staff, all of whom were very pleasant and kind. Especially Verônica from the kitchen, Mara and Walasse."
