'방에 보완적인 물병이 없습니다. 직원은 환경 친화적이라고 하여 방 밖에 있는 물 디스펜서에서 주전자를 채워야 한다고 말했습니다. 그 당시 디스펜서가 제대로 준비되지 않았고 갤런이 디스펜서에 없었습니다. 내가 직접 해야 했어
샤워캡을 요청했는데 세 번 전화해야 했고 30분 넘게 도착했습니다.
아침 식사 시간에 테이블이 깨끗하지 않았고, 커피 얼룩과 음식 부스러기가 있었지만 음식도 맛있고 종류도 많습니다.'

'I don’t know what to say cuz I am thinking to say about the good things. the most I hate in this hotel is the wifi, it’s super poor. You need to log in with the username and password that was given by the receptionist. And then when I am connecting the wifi in my room, oh God this is disaster. So well, I am using roaming in Indonesia and my roaming went smoothly then the wifi. I even can’t open google. Or refresh my instagram. It’s super super slow. I need to go to the lobby if I wanted to use the wifi since my roaming has limited access too. And the bathroom is just too small but its unique the concept like in the airplane.
The only thing I like in this hotel is the location and the reception is super friendly, and there are many options for breakfast but mostly for Indonesian traditional foods.'

'The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Batu. Will be back to this place soon..!!!'

Mmotoride역시 유명호텔체인이라 기본적으로 깔끔함.방도 넓은편이고 조식도 다양하게 잘나오는편. 한가지 아쉬운점은 바닥이 카펫이라 냄세가 약간 난다는것

• Approximately 12mins walking distance to Losari Beach.
• Nearby convenient store, Indomaret and Alfamart.
• Nearby cafe, Republik Kopi.
• Nearby places to eat, Mas Daeng, Sate Gaga, RM Bahari.
Bad
• The balcony door wasn't locked and unable to lock.
• Toilet water at times very little pressure.
• The room has a door that links to another room(501).
• Toiletries not provided.
I don't know how this hotel got a good rating, but something unexpected happened during my stay.
It was on a Saturday late night, a group of teenagers were having party in their room(501), they were drinking and smoking in the room, making so much noise and playing loud music, the worst part was they knocked on my room door 2-3 times when I was sleeping. They were not only making noise in their room but also in the corridor, they were screaming and shouting.
Probably, the counter/security personnel needs to do a patrol after 12 midnight on each floor, especially on a Saturday night, to ensure minimal noise pollution.

AAnindya azaliaLocated strategically at sam ratulangi street. The staffs are not well trained, the reception doesn’t even know the meaning of TWIN BED that I had to argue with him? Showers are not properly functioning. Breakfast was quite ok…
There’s always at least one miscommunication between me and the reception staff on every each day, such a draining experience to stay at this hotel especially when you’re on vacation.

PPandaLaut더 나은 해충 방제가 필요합니다. 내가 머물렀던 방에서 나는 특히 밤에 침대 아래, 욕실 및 작업 테이블 공간 주변에서 나오는 독일 바퀴벌레(blatella germanica)를 관찰했습니다. 분명히 나는 또한 일찍 체크 아웃하기 직전에 톰을 발견했습니다.

익익명 사용자이 나라를 처음 방문합니다. 좋은 서비스. 모스크, 상점, 레스토랑과 같은 모든 시설과 가까운 좋은 위치. 그러나 청결이 좋지 않습니다. 방의 바닥은 먼지가 많을 것입니다. 화장실 펌프가 좋지 않습니다. 화장실에 온수기가 없습니다.
지금까지 모두 너무 좋습니다. 경영진이 가능한 한 빨리 모든 약점을 동시에 천천히 고칠 수 있기를 바랍니다.
