"the Location was great and the restaurant staff were friendly and provided us good service, which is unfortunately the two positive parts of our stay. when we arrive, the reception experience was very poor. No Information was given about the lodge or breakfast until I asked, and we were not even accompanied to our room. The condition of the room was disappointing. The shower and floors were dirty to the point where you could not shower without wearing flip flops. Housekeeping was also below standard. During our 2-night stay, the room was not properly cleaned, the bins were not emptied, dishes were not washed properly and both the bathroom and floors remained dirty. Only the beds were made. This was a very disappointing experience."

The hospitality was outstanding, and every member of staff was kind and attentive. The gardens are beautiful, and the views were spectacular. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We also tried the wellness facilities, and it was AMAZING. The massage was so relaxing and enjoyable, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful experience.
