"We have stayed there many times. We like the rooms and the beds are always comfortable. However the staff is not always nice. We put up with them because it is a nice,clean and convient place to stay."

"This was a very nice and cheap hotel. The pool was closed, the toilet paper was super thin, and the bathroom door was breaking, but none of that bothered us much. It’s probably what keeps the rates down. The room was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was quite nice with boiled eggs, pastries, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and more. Great location too!"

"We stayed at this location before. Tyler is our hometown. We moved away about 9 years ago. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Convenient to everything we do. Great restaurants and shopping all within minutes of the location.    Friendly greeting at check in/out. Perfect breakfast (complimentary!)for us. Great staff made us feel right at home."

"Was charged an extra fee for needing to check in a little early because we came in for our granddaughter graduation and would have missed the window of check in. Plus our coffee pot cracked and started leaking every where after the first us. Could use with some renovation, especially the stairs...Terrible!!!!"
