"Arrived to a rather surly receptionist. First room on the 5th floor, rain coming through the ceiling Second room on the 4th floor, rain coming through the ceiling Third room on the 2nd floor - dry! However room was desperately cold and the peculiar angle of the windows meant that the room was not at all dark Buckets arranged throughout the hotel to capture the water including in the restaurant Talking of the restaurant, wanted a sandwich for lunch and was told they do not serve such things. As the weather was pretty grim, I ate that evening in the hotel. It was as grim as the weather The hotel has a dim/dark interior with a very incongruous Egyptian décor - weird! Breakfast was also pretty dire. Beds not made in the morning. Not much in the area either Seems the hotel is sustained by the people using the pool/sauna as there were only 2 guests So if all of the above doesn't put you off, good luck......."

"The location is perfect, it's not better. The apartment house is OK, it seems relatively new. The check-in goes through a machine, it's no staff on the site. The TV didn't go, the next day someone was there and repaired it, the washing machine clearly has no dryer function, although this is written on the homepage, Ceranfeld had a child lock, also here someone was there to make it block. The room card did not work, by coincidence the housemaster was in the house and could help. There is a info sheet in the apartment, but there is not much information. Communication with someone becomes difficult because SMS is not responding and only with luck you reach someone. All in all very expandable if no one is on the site all information must be visible to the guest somewhere."

"Very, very nice and cozy hotel in beautiful Tychy. Great food, whether it is for breakfast or dinner. Awesome hall for parties and weddings as well as a bar and a pub for hanging out with friends between battles. What else; it's a very clean and quiet hotel with a super nice spa, swimming pool and much, much more. Me and my wife held our wedding party in this hotel and we loved every minute of it. It was perfect. Outstanding service and personell and the food was excellent. Thanks a lot for an unforgettable stay. We'll be back again soon. Dziękuję bardzo. Do zobaczenia znowu.
