투룬치 호텔

Me and the wife stayed here our first and last time. We stayed for 2 out of 7 nights then moved back to Icmeler for our last 5 nights. The live band on for 2 nights were so loud we thought they were in our room on the 3rd floor so i can”t imagine how bad the 1st and 2nd floors must have been. Then there was a DJ on for the next 3 nights as well. When the band finished at approx 1230 am the bars loud music kicked in til late. The room was very small with very little storage and a small glass fronted fridge which shone all night. The sea-view was amazing with a fair sized balcony. Breakfast was good and plenty and typical Turkish which we liked. Some of the guests were rude and walked around as if it was a 5 star which it definitely was not. When we checked out they tried to charge us for a meal and drinks we hadn’t had and we had to show proof that we had not. Would we go back? a BIG NO

The reviews on here plus the pictures provided by Loveholidays do not represent this hotel. Please consider this review before booking. We made a mistake booking this hotel. We would never return and advise no one books this hotel. The hotel is poorly built. The doors have gaps and cut in odd shapes. You have no privacy due to these gaps. The doors are not opened by your standard modern magnetic card. You have a physical key with a card attached to slot into the electric. This way of opening the door isn’t the issue. The issue is in night. If you enter your room and want to lock the door. You can’t see the key hole because the card attached to the key needs to go into the power! We experienced a power cut whilst at the hotel and there’s no emergency lighting in the hotel. We had to walk round a totally dark hotel using our phone light as torches. If you over 5ft 8 and want to sit on the toilet, good luck. There is a wall right in front of the toilet so you will be sat at an angle guaranteed. You will see from the pictures how poorly built this hotel is. The food is the same each night. Intact the food is reused and made into other dishes. One evening there is pasta, the next evening it is the same pasta with cheese on top. We asked one of the staff if the food is reused and they confirmed it! The hotel is advertised as all inclusive but doesn’t include ‘all’. We queried this and was told only ‘ultra inclusive’ includes all. The all inclusive doesn’t include any known brands. The spirits are limited. There’s no cocktails. You have to pay for Turkish coffee. You are served small glasses with ice. This makes no logical sense. You constantly have to ask for another drink. You are not allowed to enter the restaurant with a bikini. The hotel is so boring. There is no entertainment. The music is slow versions of actual songs. The WiFi connection is very poor so you can’t even listen to Apple Music or use your phone. You can connect but can’t use the internet. So slow. There is one iron in the whole hotel. You have to wait for next guest to bring it back. The hotel are connected with Jimmy aka Ahmed from Mavisel who mis-sold us trips. When asking them to connect us with him. They wouldn’t. There is a bar connected to the hotel but is not part of it. You have to pay for it. There is a fridge in the room which had 3 bottles of water on arrival. This was never refilled throughout the stay. I hope you make an informed decision based on this review.

Balayımız için geldik bu otele. Her şeyiyle harika bir deneyim yaşadık. Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlüydü. Odalar tertemiz. Bu otelde en beğendiğimiz şey yemekler oldu. Sıradan açık büfe bir yemek sunmuyorlar. Sanki restorandaymışsınız gibi yemeğinizi o an pişiriyorlar. Yemekler de tabii ki harikaydı. Aklımızda isimleri kalan Birkan, Derya, Yağmur, Beyza, Gizem ve Serkan’a (tatlı konusunda müthiş bir şef) çok teşekkür ederiz. Barda; Alperen, Oğuzhan, Damla ve Sadık gerçekten işinin ehli insanlar. Sadık ve Damla’ya güleryüzlü olmaları ve sohbetleri için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Ayrıca müdür Serkan Bey’e de çok teşekkür ederiz.

우리는 전에 터키에 가본 적이 있고 다른 곳에 머물기로 결정했고 우리는 Dost Hotel을 선택했습니다. 우리는 두 친구와 어린 아기와 함께 왔습니다. 직원들은 모두 너무 사랑스럽고 수용적이어서 우리를 위해 충분히 할 수 없었습니다. 매일 우리는 직원들과 이야기하고 그들은 우리의 하루와 공정함에 대한 일반적인 관심을 가져갈 것이고 아기와 상호 작용할 것입니다. 방 자체는 사랑스럽고 매우 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 유일한 단점은 침대가 매우 딱딱하고 익숙해지기 위해 며칠 밤이 걸렸다는 것입니다. 또한 호텔 맞은편에 수영장이 있다고 명시되어 있지만(호텔 자체 소유가 아님) 문을 닫았고 물이 없었습니다. 나는 휴가에 수영장에 가지 않기 때문에 개인적으로 귀찮게하지 않았지만 조금 귀찮을 수 있지만 훨씬 더 나은 바다에서 도보로 5 분도 걸리지 않는다는 것을 걱정하지 마십시오! Yuksel은 가장 사랑스러운 사람이었습니다! 그는 매우 친절하고 도움이되었고 너무 많은 문제가 없었습니다. 나는 내 비치 타월을 잊어 버렸고 그는 친절하게 나와 내 파트너에게 사용할 비치 타월을주었습니다. 나도 어색하게 계단에서 넘어져 내가 괜찮은지 확인하기 위해 달려왔고 정말 나를 돌보고 내가 괜찮은지 계속 확인했습니다(괜찮았습니다). 그는 손님과 호텔에 진심으로 관심을 기울이고 분명히 볼 수 있습니다. 우리는 매일 그와 정기적으로 대화를 나눌 것입니다. 음식을 만드는 아침 식사의 여성들도 매우 친절하고 웃는 얼굴로 보였습니다. 전반적으로 이 호텔은 우리를 환영한다고 느끼게 했고 모든 직원은 고객 서비스의 훌륭한 예를 보여줍니다! 환대해주셔서 감사합니다.

당신의 돈을 위해 좋은 호텔. 플러스: - 얼마 전에 방이 수리되었고 모든 것이 꽤 신선하고 깨끗합니다. - 좋은 체육관 - 따뜻한 수영장과 하맘 - 조식은 고급스럽지는 않지만 아주 먹기도 편합니다 소수자: - 주차 불가(그러나 계절에는 항상 호텔 근처 거리에서 찾을 수 있는 것은 아님) - 객실에 있는 낡고 작은 TV - 케이블 채널만 작동하고 YouTube/netflix/Android TV 및 기타 인터넷 서비스가 없습니다. - 샤워기 수압이 약하고 모드가 없는 샤워기 누수 - 스파 호텔에서 이것을 보고 싶습니다 :-)
