'Won't recommend to friend and family. First, my commend will only apply if you go during school / public holiday. This is because the sound insulation is god damn bad especially the room beside you is occupied with children. Seriously my whole family is being woke up by ”natural alarm” (screaming and crying of children starting from 7am and it last for two hours) the noise is big enough like beside your ears, and you are no way to sleep back. Second, the bedsheet makes my parents feel itchy (dustmite bedbug) and they really got bad sleeping experience. Third, the swimming pool is full of kids during day time if you go during school holiday and I dare you won't want to go for a swim anymore...'

'좋은 호텔. 아마도 새로운 원인 일 것입니다. 방 괜찮습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮습니다. 위치 확인. 단점: 라이프 가드가 없습니다. 수영장 지역에는 직원이 전혀 없습니다. 수영장 지역에서 손님에게 수건을 제공하지 않았습니다. 앉을 의자가 거의 없습니다(의자 5개만 있음). 손님의 편의를 위해 적절한 테이블과 의자를 제공해야 합니다.'

'Stayed a night  last week. The accommodation is satisfactory, value for money. The room comes with towels and basic necessities and a simple yet satisfying breakfast is included in the price. There is no lifts, so for seniors is best to request for ground floor rooms.  However its location just across the Taiping Lake where one can enjoy a hassle free morning stroll along The Raintree Walk  taking in the serene beauty of landscape, with the arrival of storks and squirrels enjoying their morning climb says it all. Will definitely stay there again.  Thumps-up to their helpful and friendly staffs too.'

'Location just nice to me as we can walking to Taiping lake in the morning and having our morning tea time at 988 hawker which quite suit for my dad taste. In between, we can walk to the hawker center which near Taiping Mall to have You Zha Kui and Tau Fu Hua. We go Spritzer ecopark within 15min from the hotel. Just nice for me and my families to relax in the hectic life. We had been in Taiping as families for 3 times at the same hotel . Will back here for more trips.'

'A really nice place outside of the old city in a busy new area with malls on the doorstep. Be aware, the guy on reception tried to charge me a tax and I had to show him my booking to get the money back as trip had included it in the cost. Other than that a very nice place.'
