Mezzanine Tulum, a Small Luxury Hotel

The whole thing is extremely small. It’s just beyond my imagination. Other than that, it’s an ok place. Very quiet. Oh their AC is unbelievably loud. Restaurant is ok. Costs 110usd for two ppl to dine with no dessert.

Excellent location! Great food! Outstanding customer service! Would recommend this place even if it is for one night or the weekend. The ocean view is amazing at sunrise. You have to cross the street to the high tower to watch the sunset but it’s worth it.

We had a perfect stay and loved everything about this hotel! We appreciated the friendly and attentive staff, the small size, the incredible restaurant and unique personal touches, and the quiet location on a pristine beach. Everything was perfect, from the coffee and tea delivered to our doorstep each morning at 7 AM to the turndown service with tea and chocolates to our request for our favorite soap and essential oil fragrances. And when you see the locals dining at the restaurant, you know you've found a great spot! The hotel is inside the new El Parque del Jaguar, which requires an entrance fee. The hotel explained this beforehand, and we appreciated that this made the beach quieter and more private. After spending some time in bustling Tulum town, we enjoyed returning to our quiet spot on the beach. It's rare that I visit a hotel and say I would not change a thing, but that is the case here. We had a wonderful stay and will most certainly be back. Thank you for the beautiful hospitality, Mezzanine team!

Everything was wonderful and the staff were the best. Located inside the park so it was quiet and safe. There are many restaurants and beach bars within walking distance. We rented bikes next door and explored the hotel zone - which was loud and busy. If you're looking for relaxation and quiet, this is the place. For night life, this is not the place.

extremely friendly+helpful staff, beautiful location, and excellent restaurant. the room was very clean and comfortable (great AC!), and coffee/tea were delivered outside the room every morning. perfect sunrise view from the hotel and lots of outdoor seating options, including hammocks, swings, and couches. the beach was not crowded and very peaceful. would definitely love to stay here again!
